When asked by customers how Scotchgard Stone Floor compares with impregnators, you should explain that while an impregnator provides good water and stain resistance, the Stone Floor provides good water and stain resistance while also significantly increasing the gloss of the floor. Customers may ask how often they need to burnish Vinyl Floor. The answer is, that depending on traffic, they should expect to burnish the floor using a Scotch-Brite Purple Diamond Floor Pad Plus about once or twice a month. Customers may also want to know how often they need to recoat the floor with Vinyl Floor. If you would like to remove the product from the floor use the Scotch- Brite Surface Preparation Pad with water or 3M Neutral Cleaner Concentrate or 3M Floor Stripper and a 3M Stripper Pad. Customers sometimes inquire about why Vinyl Floor doesn't have to be stripped. You can explain to them that since Vinyl Floor is very hard it is resistant to soiling. Customers occasionally want to know how to remove Vinyl Floor from their floor.
