The Event : The First International Defence, Security and Aviation Exhibition organized in the city of Baghdad the capital of the Republic of Iraq and the center of the Federal Government. The Exhibition Patronage : The Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces The Participating Parties : Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of National Security The Exhibition Aims at : Rehabilitation and updating the Iraqi Army to meet the modern developments in this exhibition The Objective of the Exhibition : Purchasing military and Defence equipment and vehicles and the systems and technologies which preserve its internal and external security The Main Specializations of the Exhibition Exhibition Times : From 2 p.m. up to 8 p.m. : 1- Ministry of Defence: Heavy and light war equipment, the military requirements and supplies, aircrafts of various kinds, radars and air- Defence equipment. 2- Ministry of Interior: Weapons, vehicles, supplies and equipment for combating terrorism and crimes. - Civil Defence equipment and devices and salvage supplies and equipment for river police. 3- Ministry of National Security: Camera systems, riot breaking up supplies, tapping and night surveillance devices, anti- smuggling and drugs detection devices. The Customs : The exhibition land is a customs area and the participant should comply with the applicable customs instructions Shipping : On the shipping documents and the boxes of the exhibited materials should be written: the name of Baghdad International Fair, Defence, security and Aviation Exhibition Exhibition Date- Name of Participating Side. 5 The Official Exhibition Directing For the wide introduction in the participating products and specializations and in order to prepare the exhibition directly which includes precise and comprehensive classification of the addresses of the companies participating in the exhibition and we shall allocate half page space pertaining each company, the completion of the exhibition directly requires providing us with information and activities of the company participating in it, in order to expedite completely it and distributing it to all the ministries participating and the public and private establishments concerned in the exhibition to facilitate the identification of what they need of addresses to determine their orders later. Encouraging procedures and other establishments to send their official publications to organize complete page commercial advertisement of their products and specializations within the official exhibition directory. Within the services of the organizing company issuing the official directory of the exhibition, therefore we kindly ask you to provide us with introduction (3 lines) about the activity of your company for the official participation in the exhibition directory. 8 The Organizers Services inside the Hall The participating sides undertake the management of the stands allocated to them throughout the period of exhibiting according to what is mentioned in this regulation for the period allocated to the exhibition. The participating sides organize the stands allocated to them 4 days before the date of opening according to the spaces reserved and ensuring their distribution according to the conditions circulated in the exhibition administration. In case of requesting the implementation of special stand the company depends facilitating the procedures of implementing that décor and in suitable prices. The Services which the Organizer Provide 1- The first international defence, security and aviation exhibition in its first session is held on the ground of (Baghdad International Fair) to prepare the largest opportunity for participation from Sunday 15/4/2012 up to Wednesday 18/4/ The exhibition contains: Stands for exhibiting, allocated to official ministries and establishments to acquaint in them and the specializations requested and important for them. The exhibiting stands, allocated to exhibit the products of the companies for the period allocated for the exhibition. The Aim of the Exhibition and the Governmental Support The central government represented by the ministries participating in the exhibition, all their departments and contracts and procurements committees will be interested in getting acquainted in the exhibited materials and concluding transactions and according to the type of the participating equipment. Providing the necessary opportunity to prepare the necessary materials and equipment in order to ensure the citizens through those concerned in the security materials ensuring achieving that. Ensuring performing meetings and discussions between the procedures and those concerned. Achieving more forms of cooperation between the producers and those concerned to find the resources and determining the requirements ensuring finding greater benefit from using the equipment. -8-

10 Dates we hope to abide by The last date to deliver the participation forms and authorization is 15/3/2012 The last date of equipment statements is 15/3/2012 The last date to deliver the shipment send to the exhibition is 1/4/2012 Arranging the starts four days before the date of opening. Evacuating and withdrawing the equipment and the exhibited materials from the exhibition from 19/4/2012 up to 23/4/2012 and the company bears all the consequences of the subsequent storage and fees incurred in that and according to instructions. Appreciation Certificate: Appreciation certificate will be distributed to the participate during a benefit held in honor of participants. Extending Invitations Due to the importance of the first defence, security and aviation exhibition, the organizing company will ensure the attendance of the senior officials and official invitations will be extended to: 1- His Excellency the Minister of Defence. 2- His Excellency the Minister of Interior 3- His Excellency the Minister of National Security 4- Mr. Baghdad Governor 5- The Officials in Kurdistan Region 6- Messrs.
