Entries not paid by July 20th, 2013 will be returned to you without further notice. Please send your entries for Agility by letter post/first mail ONLY, do not send letters that require signatures and please note: YOU CANNOT ENTER VIA . NEVER! If the shows have to be cancelled due to outside conditions, ASCD e. V. may claim part of paid entry fees to cover costs that may have been arose since then. PLEASE READ! IN GENERAL: For the new ones : If you are planning to attend our shows for the first time, please take the time to read this premium from beginning to end, it is a lot of stuff but you will find answers to almost all questions you might have. To attend our trials it is not necessary to be a member of ASCA, ASCD e. V. or any other club but we will not accept entries from dogs or handlers disqualified from the ASCA Agility program or a dog or handler disqualified from all ASCA programs or a person not in good standing with ASCA. Our Agility trials are open for all breeds, this includes mixed breeds! To make sure, that the qualifying runs will be recorded by the ASCA business office, the dog, regardless what breed/mix it is, has to be registered with ASCA! All dogs entered that are not registered with ASCA (regular registration, Hardship, Foreign or LEP) have to have an ASCA tracking number to make sure, that the qualifying scores will be recorded! The following information are for everybody, regardless if you are participating or just visiting! Trials held by ASC of Germany are ASCA sanctioned events and therefore the club and all participants have to abide the rules and regulations set up by ASCA. You as a participant agree to do so by signing the ASCA entry form. With your signature you also agree to abide any other rules and regulations set up by the host club, so please read the following thoroughly! ASCA -registration: Our Agility trials are open for all breeds, this includes mixed breeds! V. has the authority as householder during the show, that means that tents/pavilions or other things that block emergency exits and/or entries or are disturbing in any other way are to be removed immediately if we ask you to. Entries which are not paid until then are void, the dogs are not eligible to start and the entries will be returned to you without further notice! Cash payment is only accepted for day of show entries. We do not accept cheques!

3 Behavior on the show ground: Please do the main grooming part at home and use dirt bags at the trialground. Any kind of dirt has to be removed by the creator resp. his owner! Please clean up after yourselves before you leave! Please keep a 2-3 m distance from the ring, make sure that no parts of your dogs (tails, legs) are in the ring, stop disturbing behavior of your dog/s immediately, don t play with or feed your dog directly at the ring. Of course you are welcome to take pictures of the dogs in the trialring BUT PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE RING! All dogs (this INCLUDES puppies) have to be on leash while on the trialground. If announcements are made, please listen to them and act accordingly. The ring entrance area is NOT for spectators but for the starters of the next class, judges and ring staff ONLY. The sale of dogs on the showground is forbidden Please bring your own attire like poop bags, trash bags, ash trays! Bitches in heat: Are NOT allowed to start. See ASCA rules chapter 1 section Directions to our show grounds: Please use online-navigators Entries at show date: If the maximum number of entries is not reached on pre-entry closing date, we ll accept entries at trial date. Entries at show date have to be paid cash. If the maximum number of entries is reached by pre-entry closing date, entries from the long list will move up in postmark order. Entries of docked dogs: The exhibition ban for dogs docked after June 1, 1998 does NOT include Agility. Don t forget your signature on the right side of the form. The person who is signing the form is responsible for the correct entry! If you pass this premium on to somebody, please make sure to not only to pass on the entry form BUT the complete premium to make sure they ll get ALL information needed, thanks! If the judges decide to take a break for any reason, please do not approach them, you will have plenty of time for a talk and/or pictures after the trial! Meals: Meals and drinks will be available during the trials for reasonable prices. Measuring: As of January 1 st 2012 all dogs with a standard jump hight of 20 or smaller do need to be measured or present an ASCA, NADAC or AKC permanent height card. Dogs with a standard jump height of 20+ do not need to be measured. If your dog must measured at the trial, please inform Silke Jüngling and take 2 forms with you. If your dog is measured please take your form with you.

4 Move Ups: Day to day move-ups are accepted until 30 minutes after the prize ceremony. Obstacles: Weave (24 inch), slatted A-frame, slatted dogwalk, slat-less teeter-totter, open tunnel, closed tunnel (solid barrel), jumps with wings, breakable tire jump. Contacts with rubber surface. Please contact Silke Jüngling Pre-entry closing date: July 10th, 2013 (postmark) Refunds: If you cancel your starts in writing (letter, fax or ) until pre-entry closing date, we will refund 100%. We will refund 100% if you have to cancel your starts later because of the condition of handler and/or dog (illness, injury, death), please cancel in writing and enclose a vet/doctor statement. 100% are also refunded if you cancel because of a judge s change or if your bitch is in heat. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL STARTS HAVE TO BE PAID BY July 20th, 2013 THE LATEST! Third party insurance: All dogs brought onto the show ground have to be included in a third party insurance. Vaccinations: Please check before you leave for the shows if your dog s vaccinations are current! Double check if your vet has included the date on which the vaccinations have to be refreshed in the vaccination card/vaccination certificate, some vets tend to forget that they have to include the best before end date! We will check the vaccination card/certificates before we hand out the trial documents. Dogs without vaccination cards/certificates and/or insufficient vaccinations are not allowed on the showground, this includes visiting dogs! All dogs have to have sufficient vaccination against rabies, we recommend vaccination against kennel cough, the vaccination is sufficient if it is at least 21 days old. Vet: Name, address and phone number of the vet in charge during the show weekend will be published in our show catalogue.

5 ASCA Service Membership and Tracking Number Application Beginning 1/1/2003 for non-asca registered dogs In order to have ASCA qualifying legs tracked and to receive ASCA titling certificates, each non-asc registered dog will be required to have an ASCA Tracking Number. This is a one-time fee of $10/dog. At the time of applying for the tracking number, the individual owner must also be an ASCA member (minimum membership type of Service is required). ASCA membership does not need to be maintained in subsequent years. It will be the responsibility of the owner to identify to ASCA the show(s) and leg(s) earned when applying for a Tracking Number for those ASCA qualifying legs earned from 1/1/2003 until submission of application. In consideration of acceptance of this entry: 1.1 As used here, ASCA means the Australian Shepherd Club of America, its affiliate clubs and each of their members, officers, directors, employees, show chairs, show committees, and agents. 1.2 Exhibitor/owner agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of ASCA and any other rules and regulations appearing in the premium for this event. 1.3 Exhibitor/owner certifies that the entered dog is not a hazard to persons, dogs, or property and that the entered dog s rabies vaccination is current in accordance with the requirement of the state in which the dog resides. 1.4 Exhibitor/owner acknowledges all hazards presented by the event and the event premises, including, but not limited to: the condition of the floors, stairways, halls, lighting, security measures (or lack thereof), electrical appliances, fittings, show rings, parking areas, and the presence of unfamiliar animals and people. Exhibitor and owner assume the risk of any harm arising from these. 1.5 Exhibitor/owner releases ASCA, the ASCA affiliate club (including its officers, directors, members, and event organizing committee), and site owner(s) harmless from all present and future loss, injury, damage, claims, demands and liabilities involving the entered dog, the event, or event premises. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing hold harmless provisions, exhibitor/owner hereby specifically assume sole responsibility for, and agree to indemnify and save aforementioned parties harmless from, any and all loss and expenses (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damages because of bodily injuries, including death, at any time in consequence of my (our) participation in this event; howsoever such injury, or death, may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused, or may have been alleged to have been caused, by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees or agents, or any other persons.
