3 ORIGINS AND HISTORICAL EVOLUTION The origin of the companies that form today TPF Planege dates back to TPF Planege Consultores de Engenharia e Gestão, S.A., is the result of the merge between PLANEGE Consultores de Engenharia e Gestão, S.A. with TPFCE Consultoria em Engenharia, S.A., a merge that took place through the incorporation of TPFCE in PLANEGE in October 1st, PARTEX Companhia Portuguesa de Serviços, SA (PARTEX-CPS) made the spin-off of its service areas in 1997, and thus created the PARTEX Consultoria em Engenharia, SA (PARTEX-CE), which TPF SA acquired 60% in 2000, while keeping its name, and when TPF SA acquired the remaining 40%, the name was changed EN Angola to TPF Consultoria em Engenharia, Interface do Pinhal S.A. Novo Linha Mineira - Argélia At the beginning of its activity, PLANEGE was dedicated to consulting and development of studies and projects, particularly in the area of Urban Hydraulics, while TPFCE focused on technical assistance and project management in the oil sector. TPF Planege has expanded its activities of studies and projects by acquiring specialized companies in certain areas, namely: P&V, in Stability/Structures (2009) Auto Estrada do Marão Túnel da Pontinha - Madeira Marina da Quinta do Lorde - Madeira ProSistemas, in Environment and Natural Resources, Agriculture and Rural Development, Urban Hydraulics and Sanitation, Water Resources and Hydraulic Potentials, Land Use Planning, and Geographic Information Systems and Registers (2011) Provia, in Communication Routes and Transport (2013) Porto da Nazaré

The SIGQSA is certified for the following products : Elaboration of Studies, Review and Execution of Engineering and Architectural Projects; Preparation of Spatial Planning Plans and Regional and Sectorial Development; Information Systems and Urban and Rural Land Registers; Road Safety Audits; Management, Coordination and Supervision of Works and Projects, including Archaeological and Environmental Monitoring; Health and Safety Coordination; Studies, Monitoring and Environmental Impact Assessment. TPF Planege is also recognized by the National Laboratory of Civil Engineering (LNEC) as General Manager of the Quality of Construction Projects in all categories of works and in the maximum class.
