Enrollment status: Minimum of 6 credits Minimum GPA: 3.75 Priority will be given to MASJHR students conducting research on Africa and the African Diaspora, including travel. Recipients of the C.T. Wright scholarship will submit a final 2-3 report to the MASJHR director after completing travel or during the first semester after receiving the scholarship The MASJHR Admissions/Funding Committee will be making the decision with the final approval by the MASJHR Director. Financial need is a factor Approximate amount of each APS Scholarship per year is $2,000 Award half of annual amount each semester Minimum GPA required is 3.0 Preferably students who are eligible for APS internships based on their career paths. Financial need is not a consideration. AY UNIVERSITY WIDE SCHOLARSHIP (*open to all ASU majors*) B E RN AR D OSHER REENTR Y SCHO L AR S H IP THIS SCHOLARSHIP IS AVAILABLE TO ALL ASU STUDENTS. Must be enrolled part-time or full-time in any program at Arizona State University. Must be pursuing their first baccalaureate degree. Must be an adult reentry student. Must show evidence of having had their undergraduate degree pursuit at a 2 or 4 year institution interrupted for a cumulative gap of 5 years or more. Although no particular age range is required, the scholarship is intended to support student who will enter the work force of an extended period, typically at least 15 years after completing their education in the past; Osher Reentry Scholarship recipients have typically ranged in age from the mid-20s to the mid-50s. Must show evidence of financial need not necessarily determined by FAFSA

If selected, awarded Bernard Osher Reentry scholars must be willing to participate in one focus group meeting in which they will be asked about their experiences as a reentry student at ASU and how the scholarship program could be improved.
