Name of Programme : Ph.D. (Full Time/Part Time) 2. Venue for Reporting : Exposition Hall, Admn. Building, Delhi Technological University, Shahbad Daulatpur, Bawana Road, Delhi Date & Time : 13 th July 2016 at A.M. Documents Requirement at the Time of Reporting for Admission to Ph.D Programme Hard copy of online filled up application form; 2. Two (2) passport size photos; 3. Proof of identity like Voter Card/ Govt. issued I-Card etc. 4. Original Aadhar Card and one self attested photocopy of the same; 5. Copy of bank passbook/ bank account details (self attested) ; 6. All Marksheets and certificates from 10 th (or Equivalent) onwards for verification in original; 7. One set of self attested photocopies of certificates shall be submitted and shall be retained by the University after verification; 8. For JRFs: (1) Original award letter (2) No Objection Certificate (NOC)* and (3) one set of self attested copy of the same; 9. For Part Time Candidates: (1) No Objection Certificate (NOC)* and (2) proof of job details for last 02 years/experience certificate(s) etc. (3) proof of current job (4) one set of self attested copy of the same; NOTE: IN THE ABSENCE OF THE ABOVE SAID DOCUMENTS, THE CANDIDATURE SHALL BE CANCELLED. *Formats are enclosed. 2 Fee Structure The selected candidates will be required to pay the admission fee as per the details given below: S.No. Categories Fees payable at the time of admission 1. The academic staff of DTU/DCE Staff (R.19.1) 10,000/- 2. Project staff pursuing Ph.D as in R ,000/- 3. Self financial students/candidates from DST, 20,250/- CSIR NPL and other Govt. organization/govt. Institutions /Public sector undertaking 4. Self financed Students/ Candidates from private 25,375/- organization/r&d Laboratories under MoU with DTU 5 Self financed regular faculty members of the 25,375/- private Educational Institution. 6. Other fulltime/ Part time Candidate 30,500/- The admission fee must be paid in the form a DD issued in favour of Registrar, DTU Ph.D. new admission payable at Delhi. On no other mode fee will be accepted. Important Note: The waitlisted candidates will be offered admission in Ph.D. without fellowship at the spot round. The list of vacant seats, if any, will be displayed for spot round on at DTU s website. The spot round is scheduled on at the same venue as mentioned above. -S/d- (Anil Kumar) Asstt.
