Some of the common tapping places where pain occurs:
How does it work? Muscle Activation & Support STRENGTHTAPE kinesiology tape works like an external ligament to provide extra support and stability for muscles and joints while still moving with the body to allow full range-of-motion. STRENGTHTAPE also helps activate muscles and improve the balance and sensory ability of the body to help stabilize joints. Several preliminary studies have also indicated that by activating and supporting certain muscle groups, kinesiology taping may increase muscle activity, muscle strength, ground reaction force, and peak muscle torque.
How does it work? Muscle Activation & Support STRENGTHTAPE works by facilitating muscle and soft tissue healing and triggering your body s natural painkillers without interfering with range of motion. Painful, inflamed muscles lack space because of swelling and inflammation. STRENGTHTAPE works to create space by lifting the skin microscopically. This lifting effect helps to improve both lymph flow and microcirculation, which ultimately helps to cool overheated muscles and flush fluid and waste products away from injured areas. STRENGTHTAPE also supports damaged muscles and tissues, which helps to relieve discomfort by reducing some of the pressure.
How does it work? Muscle Activation & Support STRENGTHTAPE can be worn in any condition or environment including water, sweat, mud and humidity for up to 7 days. STRENGTHTAPE uses exclusive AllSport adhesive that really sticks to the skin and also to the tape itself. OptiStretch- Precisely 160% stretch for perfect performance, support and comfort while you continue to train hard and push yourself to new heights.

FAQ How does STRENGTHTAPE work? For muscle activation and support STRENGTHTAPE works like an external ligament to provide extra support and stability for muscles and joints while still moving with the body to allow full range-of-motion. It also helps activate muscles and improve the balance and sensory ability of the body to help stabilize joints. Several preliminary studies have also indicated that by activating and supporting certain muscle groups, kinesiology taping may increase muscle activity, muscle strength, ground reaction force, and peak muscle torque. For the circulation and lymphatic system STRENGTHTAPE works by facilitating muscle and soft tissue healing and triggering your body s natural painkillers without interfering with range of motion.
FAQ Why do I need STRENGTHTAPE? STRENGTHTAPE can be used to help you stay active, recover faster from everyday injuries, and provide support. For serious injuries, please consult a physician before use. Do different colors do different things? No. The color options are for style only. Each roll of tape is exactly the same. How long can I wear STRENGTHTAPE? STRENGTHTAPE will last up to 7 Days if applied correctly. Check out our tips for the perfect application below: Apply at least 30 minutes prior to activity. Apply the right amount of strength per application. Clean any dirt, oils and lotion from the area before applying. Trim excess hair for better adhesion. Avoid stretching the ends of the tape. After applying, firmly rub the tape to activate the adhesive. Edges and corners may be trimmed if they lift.
FAQ Does it hurt to take off? It can hurt a little. One great trick to make it come off a heck of a lot easier is to soak it in baby oil before removing. Also, it helps to pull in the direction of hair growth and go slow. Ripping the tape off quickly is not a good idea. Can STRENGTHTAPE get wet? Absolutely. STRENGTHTAPE is Swimproof, Sweat-proof, Ironman-proof, Spartan-proof, Marathon-proof I think you get the point. Do I have to shave the area first? Not always, but it s going to last longer and not hurt as bad if you shave or trim first. Typically, trimming the hair to under ¼ with clippers works great. Is STRENGTHTAPE re-usable? Nope. Each strip can only be applied once. However, each application will stick for up to 7 days. A 5m roll of STRENGTHTAPE has enough strips for approximately 8-10 applications.. What if I apply STRENGTHTAPE incorrectly? It is very unlikely to cause harm by applying STRENGTHTAPE incorrectly. However, the effectiveness will be limited. Please follow our step-by-step instructions or consult a physician before applying.
