8 bio Bruce Kershner Founder With more than 25 years of search experience, Bruce has successfully completed hundreds of executive and senior level management search assignments across the financial services spectrum, with a particular focus on banking. Prior to establishing Kershner & Co., Bruce spent several years developing and heading up the financial services practice for U.S. Search, where his assignments spanned a variety of industries including banking, real estate, construction and investment banking. Bruce began his career in the financial services industry in the region. He holds a B.S. Degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business.
