1 Elastomeric Masonry, Stucco & Brick Paint For Exterior Use 100% Acrylic Latex Stretches up to 600% to Resist Cracking Formulated with a Mildewcide Low Sheen No. 68 White Properly prepared exterior vertical surfaces such as: Stucco, Masonry, Concrete, Concrete Block or Brick as well as adjacent Wood and Metal surfaces. Not for use on horizontal surfaces subject to foot traffic. Allow new stucco and masonry to cure for 30 days before painting. Remove all loose, peeling paint. Powerwash to remove chalk. Remove dirt and grease with BEHR NO. 990 CONCRETE & MASONRY CLEANER/ DEGREASER; remove mildew stains with BEHR NO. 62 PREMIUM MILDEW STAIN REMOVER. On galvanized metal, use a diluted solution of BEHR NO. 991 CONCRETE & MASONRY CLEANER/ETCHER to prepare surface. Follow all label instructions. Rinse thoroughly and allow a minimum of 24 hours to dry. Cracks and gaps wider than 1/16 (1.5 mm) should be routed open, dusted and patched with an elastomeric patching compound. Use an acrylic caulk around windows, doors and trim. Scuff sand glossy surfaces. Prime all uncoated, patched, chalky, wood and/or metal surfaces with BEHR NO. 436 EXTERIOR 100% ACRYLIC LATEX PRIMER & SEALER. ApplicationS DO NOT THIN. Intermix all cans of same product to ensure color uniformity. Stir paint before and occasionally during application. Use product when air and surface temperatures are between F (10-32 C). Do not use if rain or heavy dew is expected within 24 hours. Apply using a high quality 1 1/4 nap roller, nylon/polyester brush or airless sprayer ( spray tip). Spread rate is approximately sq. ft. (7-12 m 2 ) per gallon depending on type and porosity of surface. After 24 hours, a second coat must be applied at the same spread rate. A third coat may be required to achieve a final dry mil thickness of about mils. If airless spraying, use equipment with a minimum of 2500 PSI at the tip. Maintain a wet edge to avoid lap marks. Do not re-spread or re-work paint. Dries to the touch in 4-6 hours. Longer dry time required in cooler temperatures and higher humidity. Allow 24 hours between coats. 5 Concrete & Masonary Waterproofer Interior/Exterior Silicone Enhanced To Keep Water Out For Brick, Concrete, Stucco & Tile Lasts Up to 10 Years No. 980 Natural Finish Horizontal and Vertical uncoated Concrete and Masonry surfaces such as: Concrete Block, Pavers, Stucco, Brick, Unglazed Tiles, Exposed Aggregate Concrete, Sandstone and Slate. TEST: Sprinkle a few drops of water onto the surface. If water is quickly absorbed, the surface is ready. If not absorbed, re-etch. Remove mildew stains with BEHR N0. 62 PREMIUM MILDEW STAIN DO NOT THIN. Stir or shake before applying. Use product when temperature is between F (10-32 C). Apply until saturated by brush, roller or garden sprayer to a dry surface at the spread rate of about 250 sq. ft. per gallon. Remove any puddles by spreading product to drier areas or by wiping up excess with a clean cloth. On vertical surfaces, apply from the bottom up and saturate well. Allow surface to dry hours, depending on temperature and humidity. Once dried, rough, vertical surfaces may be coated with an oil or latex-based paint or primer. Follow all label instructions. Do not paint horizontal surfaces after applying this product. Clean all equipment immediately with warm, soapy water. Properly dispose of all soiled rags and protect unused product from freezing. Use on Previously Coated or Uncoated, Vertical or Horizontal, Interior or Exterior surfaces such as: Pavers, Concrete, Mexican and Unglazed Tiles, Brick, Aggregate, Natural and Artificial Stone, Masonry and Stucco. Not recommended for use on wood, metal, granite, marble, terrazzo, travertine, areas immediately adjacent to pools or areas subject to hydrostatic pressure. Do not use over Oil-Based products. CAUTION: Sealed surfaces may become slippery when wet. Use caution when walking on surface when moisture is present. Apply in sections so wet material does not have to be walked on during application. For proper penetration and adhesion of sealer on new or smooth concrete floors, use BEHR NO.991 CONCRETE & MASONRY CLEANER/ETCHER to clean and etch the surface. Follow all label instructions. Use BEHR NO. 990 CONCRETE & MASONRY CLEANER/DEGREASER to clean previously coated surface in sound condition. Scrape and remove any loose or peeling coating. Apply a thin coat using a nylon/polyester brush, 3/8-1/2 nap roller or a high quality pump sprayer with an adjustable tip at a spread rate of sq. ft. (14-28 m 2 ) per gallon. Spread rate is highly dependent on surface roughness and porosity. If sprayed, backroll for uniform thickness. Allow first coat to dry 4 hours, then apply a second coat at a spread rate of sq. ft. (28-37 m 2 ) per gallon. Additional coats (no more than 4) may be added for a higher gloss and added protection. Note: Horizontal surfaces may be subject to excessive wear.
