6 Biscuit Berry Shortcakes The classic American dessert layers a flaky biscuit sprinkled with sugar with berries and plenty of sweet whipped cream. Ingredients: Servings: 24 servings Biscuit Shortcake Measurement Berry Filling Measurement Sugar, coarse 1/2 Cup Cream, heavy 4 1/2 Cups Pillsbury Easy Split Baked Golden Buttermilk Biscuits Water, cool (approx. 72 F) 24 Each 1/2 Cup Sugar, powdered Strawberries, fresh, sliced Blueberries, fresh Method Biscuit Shortcakes 1.) Place coarse sugar in bowl. 2.) Brush tops of biscuits with water, then dip tops into coarse sugar. 1/2 Cup 2 Cups 2 Cups Bake Convection Oven 325 F 5-7 minutes Standard Oven 350 F 8-10 minutes *Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180 ) after 3 minutes of baking. Berry Filling 1.) Beat heavy cream in mixer bowl with whip attachment on high speed until stiff peaks form, approximately 3 minutes. 2.) Add powered sugar, and mix on low speed until combined, approximately 30 seconds. 3.) Mix sliced strawberries and blueberries in spate bowl. Assembly 1.) Split baked biscuits in half horizontally 2.) Spoon 1oz. Whipped cream on bottom half of biscuits. 3.) Add 1oz. Berries, then another 1/2oz whipped cream. 4.) Place biscuit top of the whipped cream to finish. 7 Honey Butter Biscuit w/peach Sauce Frozen biscuits are brushed with honey butter and baked, then split and topped with brown sugar peach sauce and a sprinkle of pecans. Servings: 20 servings Ingredients: Biscuit Measurement Berry Filling Measurement Butter, unsalted, melted 1/4 Cup Juice from Canned Fruit 3 Cups Pillsbury Easy Split Baked Golden Buttermilk Biscuits Honey Garnishes Peaches, canned, sliced, drained 20 Each 1/4 Cup Measurement 80 Each Gravy Biscuit Mix Water, cool (approx.72 F) Brown Sugar, packed Cinnamon, ground Nutmeg, ground Pecans, ground 1 Cup Method Biscuit Base 1.) Melt butter and honey together in small saucepan over low heat. 2.) Place biscuits on parchment-lined half sheet pan in 4x5 pattern, biscuits touching. 3.) Brush tops of frozen biscuits with honey butter. 1/4 Packet 2 Cups 1/2 Cups 1 TSP 1/4 TSP Bake Convection Oven* 350 F 8-10 minutes Standard Oven 400 F minutes *Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180 ) after 5 minutes of baking. Sauce 1.) Drain juice from canned peaches to measure 3 cups. Set aside. 2.) Mix gravy mix and 3/4 cup water in mixing bowl with whisk until lumps are dissolved. 3.) Heat remaining water, canned fruit juice, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg to boiling in heavy saucepan. 4.) Stir in dissolved gravy and water mixture. Beat with whisk until well blended and sauce thickens, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Assembly 1.) Split warm biscuits in half, placing bottom half of biscuit on plate. 2.) Layer 4 peach slices on bottom half of each biscuit. Ladle 2 oz sweet and spicy peach sauce over peaches. 3.) Deposit 1 Tbsp. of chopped pecans evenly on top of peach sauce, and top with remaining biscuit half. Item #17210 Buttermilk Biscuit EZ Split Baked 120/2.25OZ

Cook the 4oz burger over medium heat. When the juices rise to the top, turn the burger over. 2.) Place the cheddar cheese on top of turned burger. 3.) Plate ranch dressing on 1 side of toasted pita bread. 4.) Spread ranch dressing on 1 side of toasted pita. 5.) Open salsa and place 1 Tbsp. on the burger. 6.) Add grilled Jalapeno pepper on top.

9 CHEESESTEAK STIR-FRY OVER RICE INGREDIENTS 1 serving of Devault Foods 4oz Philadelphia Style Sandwich slice or 5oz 3D EZE Slide 2 Tbsps. Oil 1/2 cup sliced onion 1/2 green pepper, chopped 1 tsp. all purpose flour 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup shredded cheddar-jack cheese 1tsp hot sauce 1 packet microwavable rice 1 tomato, chopped STEPS 1.) Heat oil in pan over medium high heat. Add steak. Cook steak on one side until cooked. Flip and cook on other side until through. Remove steak to plate; loosely cover with aluminum foil. Do not clean out the pan. 2.) In the same pan, add onions and bell pepper. Cook, over medium high heat, until tender and slightly golden on edges. Remove with slotted spoon or tongs to plate with steak. Do not clean out the pan. 3.) In the same pan over medium heat, add flour; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Add cream; cook until thickened. Add cheese and hot sauce stirring constantly. Keep on low. 4.) Prepare rice according to the package directions. Divide rice into 2 bowls; top evenly with steak, peppers and onions, and drizzle of cheese sauce. Top with chopped tomatoes to serve. CHEESESTEAK OMELET INGREDIENTS 1 SERVING of Devault Foods 4oz Philadelphia Style Sandwich Slice or 5oz 3d EZE Slice 1 Tbsp. Oil 3 Eggs 3 Slices of Cheese 1/4 cup Fried or Sautéed Onions 1/4 cup Chopped Peppers 1/2 cup Mushrooms STEPS 1.) Heat pan. 2.) Add oil and cook steak until brown on one side. 3.) Beat eggs in a bowl until mixed well. 4.) Flip steak onto other side. Begin chopping and cook until reaches internal temperature of 165 F. 5.) Add eggs to pan 6.) Move your spatula around the edge of the egg mixture to help form the round shape and loosen the sides. 7.) Top with cheese and vegetables. Once cheese begins to melt and eggs are completely cooked and not runny, use your spatula to fold the omelet in half and slide onto plate.
