3 Clinical Experience Senior Resident in M.Ch. Burn & Plastic Surgery The course involves training in various fields of plastic surgery including Reconstructive, Microvascular, Hand, Faciomaxillary and Aesthetic procedures. It also involves management of acute Burn patients and its complications. Civil Hospital is a Smile train centre for Cleft lip & Palate patients. This is one of the few centers of its kind in the state, which caters to comprehensive treatment of Cleft lip & Palate patients. Prof. Dr M.F.Shaikh, a renowned plastic surgeon with extensive experience in Cleft lip & Palate surgery is the project director,under whose guidance we learn surgeries. Apart from the Routine conduction of O.P.D & surgeries, I used to manage wide variety of patients presenting during emergency hours.likei did almost all of the Plastic surgical procedures independently under supervision. The wide variety of surgical procedures performed may be grouped as- 1.Reconstructive: Malignancies (post resection), post burn contractures and deformities, Post traumatic deformities etc. 2.Congenital deformities: Cleft lip & Palate, Hypospadias, Syndactaly, Vascular Malformations etc. 3.Microneurovascular: Nerve and vessels repair in emergency as well as elective setting, Free flaps,brachial Plexus injury etc. 4.Faciomaxillary: Ear Reconstruction, Nose reconstruction, Lip reconstruction, Eyelid Reconstruction, Traumatic facial fractures, Facial Augmentation. etc. 5. Hand: Tendon transfer, Claw hand, Nerve deformities. 6. Trauma: Facial fractures, Mandibular fracture, Hand injuries requiring Microneurovascular intervention, Tendon injuries, Bony injury, Facial soft tissue injuries, acute Burns, Wounds requiring flap cover etc.

4 7.Aesthetic: Rhinoplasty, Lipoplasty, Dermabrasion, Lobuloplasty, Scar revision, Blepharoplasty etc. Advanced Fellowship in Aesthetic surgery& Cosmetic Laser surgery I did my Advanced Fellowship in Aesthetic surgery& Laser surgery from EVOLVE Vasudhan Arjin Cosmetic & Laser surgery centre under guidance of Dr. L.D. Dhami, Professor of Aesthetic surgery. This was a 6month full time Senior Residency. Vasudhan Arjin has highest number of patient turn out &cosmetic surgeries in India. All varieties of Cosmetic Surgery are done here. Dr. Dhami is the pioneer of MegaLiposuction, Sub Fascial Breast Implant & Thread lift in India. Vasudhan Arjin is India s Largest Cosmetic Laser surgery centre, equipped with twelve top of the line various wavelength lasers. I used to regularly conduct O.P.D. and do various Laser treatments independently. I have had a wide exposure of Cosmetic Dermatology disease like Acne, Vitiligo, Melasma etc. I was using following lasers independently Q-Switch, Pulsed Dye Laser, Nd:YAg, Er:Glass, IPL, Er:YAG.
