2 The Post MBA in Organization Development, Talent Management & Change Management provides participants an in-depth knowledge & practical competence in Organization Development, Talent Management & Change Management. This program also focuses on practicing a variety of OD Consulting process and techniques. The program offers a variety of consulting tools, and methods. In both Organization Development & Human Capital Management practice one of important requirement is ability to manage onself effectively and use one s resources such as body, mind and emotions in an optimal way to emerge as a role model amongst people. Nelson Mandela rightly said, We cannot change others, if we don't change ourselves. So our first module in Organization Development is Self Mastery. Module 1: Self Mastery for evolving as an O.D. champion & Change Agent: The first module focuses in enabling professionals to develop control over one s body, mind, emotional intelligence and emotions. The topics are : 1. Self Mastery: In this module we will teach Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation to expand the capacity of body and mind. 2.Stress Management : We teach various yogic methods and kriyas to reduce stress. 3. Lessons from spirituality : We teach various lessons from Buddhism, Tao of Leadership, Vedanta, the Gita for people to learn how to stay focused and centrered in times of resistance and adversity which every change practitioner faces. Module 2: Change Management for Organization Development: 1. Change Management: In this module we cover the scholarly works of late C.K. Prahlad - Book fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid, Rossabeth Moss Kanter - Book - Change Masters, Tom Peter s - book - in Search of Excellence. We also share the case studies of change management of a media, finance, agrochemical and a pharmaceutical packaging company in India and global case -studies of Starbucks, British Airways and South West Airlines. We will ask the students to conduct book reviews and make presentation of change management and share book reviews done by other students. The effort placed above will become a melting pot to understand the process and practices in change management. Module 3: Global Research in Human Capital Management: We present the finding of global research conducted by Corporate Leadership Council, Hay Group, PWC, Tower Watson etc to make the participants aware of the latest trends in Business Human Capital Management and the expectations of CEO s.
