3 Presentation ARBIT warmly welcomes you all to the 3rd Co-Chairs Circle Retreat to be hosted in Rome. Following the success of the first Retreat held in Frankfurt in 2009 and the second Retreat held last year in Madrid in continuation of its goals, the 3rd Retreat aims at promoting further the networking and cooperation of the national circles and welcoming new initiatives. The 3rd Co-Chairs' Circle Retreat is open to current and incoming Co-Chairs of any young arbitration organization. If no Co-chair of a particular group is available to attend to the Retreat, the group may be represented by any other of its members. The event is a non-budget event. Therefore, all participants will cover their own travel, accommodation and most drinks and meals. Dinners on Friday and Saturday, as well as the Social Programme, will be paid by participants. In order to facilitate the payment formalities, we will require from participants to settle in cash the payments directly in Rome, indicating beforehand for reservation purposes their intention to attend by completing the registration form here below. Participants are invited to bring their significant others and families to the Retreat.
