SMC recognises the problems caused by static electricity and advises continuous measurement + removal + control. Measurement + Removal + Control Handheld Electrostatic Meter Bar/Nozzle/Fan Ionizer Electrostatic Sensor and Monitor Measurement to check and quantify the levels of generated static electricity. Handheld Electrostatic Meter, Series IZH10 Portable sensor that detects the electrostatic potential of an object and outputs a digital readout. Removal to help avoid the production problems due to static electricity. Bar Type Ionizers, Series IZS40/41/42 Suitable for electrostatic removal from a fl at surface also, by using compressed air, electrostatic removal can be achieved from an increased distance from the workpiece. Nozzle Type Ionizers, Series IZN10 Suitable for partial electrostatic removal of a small workpiece or total electrostatic removal in a small space. Also used to remove dust, with a high flow rate type. Desktop Duster Box, Series ZVB Suitable for electrostatic removal, dust removal and dust collection for limited-sized workpieces. As the fan type requires no air supply it s suitable for use in a wide range of applications and locations.
