A recent review of your facility s website by Department staff revealed that you are advertising or representing the operation of an alcoholism or drug abuse recovery or treatment facility. Please be advised that per Title 9, Section 10542(e)(2), immediately upon receipt of this notice, you must cease providing all alcoholism or drug abuse recovery or treatment services. Also, within 15 days of receipt of this notice, you shall respond in writing to this Department that the facility has ceased providing all alcoholism or drug abuse recovery or treatment services. If you fail to cease operation immediately upon receipt of this notice and fail to notifythe Department of such cessation within 15 days of receipt of this notice, the Department shall assess a civil penalty of two hundred dollars ($200) per day against you, beginning on the sixteenth day after receipt of this notice.
