Selling 20 cards per month can generate thousands of dollars in profits for your store! * Sales Commission Load Revenue *Assumptions: 20 new card sales per month and customers return 1.5 times per month for 9 months to reload. You earn a $5 sales commission on every Vision Prepaid MasterCard sold. 3 21 ordering a Vision Prepaid MasterCard 1. Ask the customer which Vision card they want. Select the appropriate Vision logo and then select Prepaid Debit Card Sale. 2. Enter your customer s information and click Continue. Please note that a P.O. Box will not be accepted. 3. Check that the information is correct. Then click Submit. 4. Click Print to generate the confirmation receipt, which contains your customer s PreCash Account Number. 5. Click Make a Payment and enter your customer s initial load amount (must be at least $20 plus your convenience fee of up to $5 for the initial load). 6. Give your customer his receipt along with the Vision Prepaid MasterCard Brochure. Make sure you tell him to call the number on the brochure and provide his PreCash Account Number to complete his card request. After you sell and process the initial load, you will be paid your $5 commission via an ACH credit. A pop-up window will appear after you submit your customer s card request. This is a reminder to offer the Vision Prepaid MasterCard to your customer. Click Close and look for the Sell Vision Prepaid Debit Card button after you select Print to generate your customer s receipt. easynotes:

4 22 how to reload a Vision Prepaid MasterCard Loads are processed just like any other PreCash payment: 1. Collect the load amount and the convenience fee up to $5. 2. Swipe the customer s Vision Prepaid MasterCard at the WebConnect Home page or select the correct Vision Prepaid MasterCard logo and select the load option. 3. Process the load like a PreCash payment. 4. 5 Vision FAQ 23 Q. What is the Vision Preferred SM Prepaid MasterCard? This card is a new addition to PreCash's Vision Prepaid MasterCard program. It is a reloadable prepaid MasterCard that your customer loads with cash at locations like yours and uses for everyday spending anywhere Debit MasterCard is accepted, including at over 900,000 ATMs. This card is ideal for your customer who wants to pay a flat monthly fee with free unlimited purchases. Q. What is the difference between the Vision Preferred SM Prepaid MasterCard and the Vision Select SM Prepaid MasterCard? Your customer can choose to pay a flat monthly fee of $6.95 with no transaction fees with the Vision Preferred SM Prepaid MasterCard. Or, he can choose to pay a monthly fee of $1 and pay $1 fee on each purchase he makes with the Vision Select SM MasterCard. Q. Why would a customer want a Vision Prepaid MasterCard? One out of three PreCash customers wants a Vision Prepaid MasterCard. It saves them time and money. For customers who don t have bank accounts or credit cards, it lets them turn their cash into the power of a MasterCard. They can pay their bills from home, pay at the pump, shop at stores, online or by phone. And, it s safer than carrying cash - funds are replaced if the card is lost or stolen. Q. Can I take Vision loads? Yes. Vision loads are accepted just like other PreCash payments. You swipe your customer s Vision prepaid MasterCard or manually key in the load number found on the back of the card, and process the load like a payment. If the customer wants to load $20 you take $20 plus your convenience fee. Note: Customers are only allowed to make two Vision loads within 24 hours. Q. What is the locator and what does it do? Cardholders call a toll-free number to find a PreCash merchant location in their area to load their Vision Prepaid MasterCard. If your store matches the customer s area, then you are one of the locations given. The customer hears a recording that gives the store name, address and phone number. A customer can also find a PreCash merchant location by entering his ZIP code online at Q. What if a customer doesn t have a Reload it! card? No problem. You can still accept his cash loads as long as he has his Vision Prepaid MasterCard with him. The load number is printed on the back and embedded in the magnetic stripe on the back of the Vision Prepaid MasterCard. Just swipe the Vision Prepaid MasterCard through the card reader - it will automatically read the load number embedded in the magnetic stripe. If he does not have either card, he will not be able to put cash on his card.

6 24 Vision FAQ Q. Can a customer call my store to load cash to their Vision card? No. The customer can only load cash by physically going to a participating retailer. He can not do this over the phone or over the Internet. Q. How do I get paid my convenience fee? When do I receive my $5 commission? You collect the convenience fee at the time of the cash load. PreCash will take our fee from your convenience fee as part of the daily settlement process. The commission only applies to first loads and the commission is paid the same day as the funds are removed for the initial loads. In addition, the $5 commission for selling the card will be paid as an ACH transaction from PreCash. Q. How can I get more information about the commission plan? Please call Merchant Services at Q. I no longer want to process cash loads for Vision. Can I be removed from the merchant locator? Yes. Call Merchant Services at and asked them to turn off Vision Prepaid MasterCard for your store. You will remain on the general PreCash merchant locator. Q. Where do I get Vision Prepaid MasterCard Brochures? You can print a Vision Prepaid MasterCard Brochure in either English or Spanish by selecting the Vision brochure logo on the WebConnect Home Page.
