1 Who we are Introduction This cooperation was founded in 2013 when the Capitanio family, already owns O.M.C. company operating in the precision mechanics industry, decides to absorb O.M.P. to expand the market share and diversify sectors in which it deals. This synergy gave birth to Automotive and Oil & Gas divisions. History O.M.C. was founded in 1972 as a family run business with four founding members and it works as processing under contract. Through the years, the company has recruited and trained several employees maintaining, on purpose, a "craftsmanship" shape. The operating areas had been expanded thanks to the introduction of the first numerical control machines. The last period was characterized by the installation of the latest design and manufacturing techniques such as CAD and CAD-CAM. Today the company has three holders and twelve employees and mainly deals in the automotive sector. The staff trained with patience and passion over the years allows to be particularly competitive in the production of prototype parts and small series in which quality and reliability are key requirements. O.M.P. was established in 1979 by a single founder, in the following years manpower and machinery were considerably increased thanks to the cooperation with tools, textile machinery companies, food industries, molding and bottling machinery companies. For nearly ten years, the main activity area has been industrial and oil and gas valve machining. O.M.P. has been specialized in the mechanical working of the main

2 valves components (bodies, connection, covers, bonnets, stems, sphere) and the complementary ones (hydraulic and pneumatic actuators, components for leaking testing systems). In the latest years, the growing demand from the clients to use special alloys developed a skilled and great experience in processing duplex steels, super duplex, titanium, monel, Inconel and Incolloy and all the special and exotic valve material. How we work Materials Our goal is to offer to the client an immediate availability of the main production materials so to drastically reduce the dealing time that normally elapsing from order to production. The color coding system has been predisposed to optimize efficiency stock management and to ensure the effective traceability of stored materials: all our bars, billets, plates and pipes are marked with the designation steel plant of origin and the heat number.(original or alternatively internal code if this turns out to be already assigned). This reference code is univocally matched with the cast number of material itself, with the material supplier and the certificate origin. The wide range of available materials includes the most common steels such as AISI 410, 316, 304 and the most noble alloys such as duplex, super duplex, titanium, nickel alloys (Inconel 625, Inconel 718) and Hastelloy. Each material is certified by the traceability of heat numbers warranty and 100% in / out acceptance PMI (Positive Material Identification) testing. Quality The operational structure of O.M.C. & O.M.P. ensures high production standards as a result of continuous production improvement process, qualified personnel training, absolute quality raw materials selection and important investments in technologically advanced instrumentation. The satisfaction of our clientele is our primary purpose.

Machinery The production area, recently enlarged and improved, covers an more than 1900 sqm divided between O.M.C. 900 sqm - and O.M.P sqm. The know - how reached over many years of activity is reflected in the careful management and in the special "blend" of equipment and machineries: from the simplest and traditional tools, essential to ensure reliability and operational safety, to last generation hi tech devices able to offer services and absolute precision machining processes. The interrelationship between the two companies is the cornerstone of our policy.
