3 THE SOFTWARE ACCURATE AND REALISTIC SIMULATION Eureka avoids wasting of production time eliminating the program test on your machine. Potential errors as collisions, out of limits and gouges on the machined part can be easily detected on your PC Available for Windows XP/Vista/7 32 and 64 bit Eureka allows to build all types of kinematics in a easy way and supports any kind of numerically controlled machine: from 3 axes milling machines up to mill turning machines without limits on the number of axes. All the most popular CNC controls are accurately emulated without any additional customization: Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, Okuma, Mori Seiki, Mazak, Fidia, Selca, Osai, Num and many others. The material removal is simulated in real-time on the stock part verifying errors like rapid motion contacts and collisions with the design model and fixtures. 5 FEATURES OPTIMIZATION Not only simulation. Eureka allows to analyse the machining results under many point of view in order to detect and to remove mistakes, to reduce the production time and to create reports containing the machining process information and time summary sheets. Movements can be inserted or modified using interactive and automatic tools. Thanks to its powerful integrated editor, the NC code can be modified in real-time directly in Eureka and simulated again without restarting the simulation process. The tool length optimization functionality allows to calculate the minimum tool length to avoid collisions between toolholder and the machined stock. The probing routines can be completely emulated including the motion stops when the probe tip touches objects and the fixture offset computation.

6 FEATURES COMPLETE AND ACCURATE ANALYSIS OF THE RESULTS Dimensional analysis on the machined stock. Diameters, thickness and distances can be easily measured. Comparisons between the machined stock and the CAD design model. Gouges and excess material can be identified in a 3D view. The output can be exported as a 3D file and not static 2D images. This allows other users to examinate the comparison results from any point of view. Debugger and realtime editing The machined stock can be exported as a hi-quality 3D file compatible with any CAD systems. Simulation results can be summarized in default HTML and EXCEL reports or in custom user-defined reports. Reports can be used to make quotations or to optimize the machining process. For example, it is possible to know the machining time for each tool, for each machining cycle, the time in rapid and at feed. Measuring tools

Moreover, Eureka can be interfaced to other software by using the complete set of APIs compatible with many programming languages like.net, VB, C++. Delphi and VBScript. The machining path, the used tools, the stock, the design model and the fixtures can be transferred from your CAM system to Eureka in a while. 10 ROBOT ROBOT MILLING Since many years Eureka demonstrated to be a leader in robot milling applications. Thanks to Eureka it is possible to combine the flexibility of a 6 axes industrial robots and the reliable technology of the CNC machining centers to create models and artistic objects. Eureka converts APT or ISO codes generated by a CAM system to a program for a 6 or more axes robot cell using a dedicated postprocessing module. During the conversion process Eureka calculates the optimal movements of the robots and of the external axes simulating the machining in all its aspects. The software detects problems like singularities, collisions, out of limits and it offers powerful, easy to use tools to overcome them. Collisions are computed among all the parts including the machined stock. The 64bit version allows to process files of unlimited size in a short time.
