2 Greeting With 361 exhibitors from 28 countries, the dedicated effort and devotion of its people enabled the 9th Seoul International Aerospace & Defense Exhibition to be successfully held from October 29 to November 3, This exhibition started as an airshow in 1996, but now it is being held as the unique and comprehensive aerospace and defense exhibition in Korea every odd year, covering not only aerospace industries, but also ground equipment and defense industries. As this time of Seoul ADEX is being held at the Seoul Airport, the indoor and outdoor exhibition, demo-flight and seminars will take place at the same location. The last exhibition was divided into a commercial exhibition and an airshow that operated separately in other places. Furthermore, thanks to the runway rebuilding construction, it becomes possible for co-organizing office to provide expanded exhibition space which can create much more pleasant and efficient exhibition environment. The Seoul ADEX has been playing a major role in rapidly developing Korea s aerospace and defense industries. Stand height must not exceed 4m for 1 story and 4.5m for 2 story stand and minimum booking size is 36sqm. Outdoor Exhibition The minimum booking space of outdoor exhibition area is 9sqm. All exhibits must be displayed on a platform and exhibit construction must not exceed maximum height of 4m. All exhibits and stands are subject to the approval of drawings. Static Display Weapon Systems and other equipment will be exhibited on the outdoor space with aircraft and the price will be accorded to Static Display rates. No building of stand or any kind of construction is permitted on Static Display area. If exhibitors make any kind of building or construction work, Static Display rates will be modified to Outdoor Exhibition rates. Chalet includes electrical wiring-5kw at 220V(60Hz) per unit, terminating at the distribution board, running water, kitchen sink with work top & one toilet per unit up to maximum of two. Floor covering is provided for toilets and pantry. All furniture, partitions, fixtures, cleaning and catering have to be arranged by the exhibitor.

Exhibitors have to meet the deadline of the invoice. If the deadline passes, the application will become invalid. 3 Booth/space Allocation Booth/space allocation will be made based on the order of application and scale of participation. Allocation process will start from May 1, 2015 and proposals will be sent to each exhibitor.
