Omni Link is the Middleware for Omni Solutions Connects Omni DC/DB to: SunGard Omni s Portals - DVW, IVR, OWS Custom Portals Ad-hoc uses Message Transformation and Enrichment Translates Omni specific terms into industry or business specific terms Dynamic creation of terms based on customer s data model Metadata driven services Services defined without requiring code changes and compilation It is the API to Omni DC/DB, especially for online requests 5
