1 4-H PROJECT AREAS LIST MEMBER/CLUB BOOK REQUEST Member Name: Leader Name Club Name: Please mark the correct 4-H Age Division (Age as of September 1, 2013 (current 4-H year Cloverbud (5-7) Junior (8-10) Intermediate (11-13) Senior (14-18) Each project must have a project report which you will find at the Extension website: ; click on the 4-H forms labeled project reports. There is one score sheet defining what is expected of a junior, intermediate and senior report. Cloverbuds have their own summary and review sheet. NOTE EXCEPTIONS: Beef Heifer, Horse and all Market project books have the 4-H report and required six (6) activities built into the book. Most glossy activity books are designed to be used for more than one year. If continuing a project, please use activity book from previous year if you have six (6) remaining activities. 4-H requires six (6) completed activities per year within a completed project book.
