8 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Accommodation Hotels are full board and the room rate is per room per night which includes service charge and 18% vat Reservations should be made before March 1 st 2007, reservations after this date shall be subject to availability. 50% of the payment is required by March 28, 2007 and the rest is due upon arrival. Travellers cheque will not be accepted Cancellations must be in writing and; Received by April 1 st full refund of the deposit payment Received later then April 1 st no refunds.. All rates subject to change without prior notice All refunds, if any, will be processed after the organization Name change will be accepted up to 72 hours before the Championships. OC should be informes about changes in the travel program 72 hours prior arrival. If your arrival ic later then your original schedule, the room charges start from the original date. Entry Fees Individual : 50 Euro / per archer Transport Your registration fee includes your airport transportation and also transportation between hotels and the field during competition. Although hotels very close, continues shuttle bus will run all day. Transportation from the airport will start 2 days before the official practice day and will end two days after the closing day. Weather Antalya is hot and sunny those days, don t forget to bring your swimming suits. Training There will be a trainimg field available starting from May 26 and it is only 500m from the field and from the hotels. Visa Please apply for your visa as soon as possible, if you need any information regarding visa, please let us know. There will be internet facilities at the field for you to reach your messages. No storage room will be available at the field during competition. There will be no closing banquet or party at the end of the world cup.
