1 Testing Capability & List IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMER Testing Services Available (Time excluding sample s pickup and report hard copy delivery): Regular Service : 4 Working Days - Regular Express Service : 3 Working Day - 30% Surcharge Emergency Service : 2 Working Day - 60% Surcharge Shuttle Service : 1 Working Day - 0% Surcharge Express, Emergency & Shuttle Service depend s on the capability and limited for some selected test properties. Please contact laboratory before submission. A working day normally commences at 9 a. m. Test requisitions received after 2 p.m. will be entertained as submission s of the following day. Laboratory is open 7 days a week except Public Holidays. Where the lab test request covering several tests requiring different speeds of service, the final test report will not be issued until all tests are comple ted. However, verbal test result for the completed test can be given upon request. 4. Standards, requirements and regulations of the destined countries will be the basis for our testing and analysis.. There is a minimum charge of US$ per report issued. 6. Tested samples will be retained for a working period of 6 months only. 7. Quantity discount is available on contract basis, subject to agreed minimum volume To Stop or Hold any request, applicant need to inform laboratory by written communication within 1 st working day. In case of Subcontracted test properties (LabTEX services need to send some other laboratory), service turn around ti me will be 7- days.. All prices mentioned in this book exclusive of VAT 11. Payment for the requested test items should be cleared before delivery of the report..
