All events will be time final events. An electronic timing system an two manual watches per lane will be use. Only YMCA swimmers are welcome to participate (YMCA swimmers are not require to be registere USA). Swimmer s age as of November 6, 2015 etermines age group. Open events may be swum by any age swimmer. Rules: USA Swimming rules prevail for the meet. In the 8&uner 100 yar relays, the 2 n an 4 th swimmer must start in the water, using han-to-han starts. Entries: Relays: Swimmers may compete in a maximum of three (3) events per ay plus relays. Entries will be limite to 1,200 iniviual swims per ay. Relay sheets will be in each team s packet. If swimmer s names are to appear in the results, the relay sheets must be complete with swimmers names in the proper orer. Relay sheets to be turne in to the computer office. Checks shoul be payable to: YMCA of the Fox Cities. All fees shoul be brought to the meet an are not refunable. Entries must be receive no later than October 30th, Phone entries will not be accepte. Submit most current achieve yar times on entry form. Meter times must be converte by submitting teams. Coaches are requeste to submit entries via . Iniviual events for 8 & uner swimmers will be pre-seee in the upstairs gym. All other swimmers shoul report to their assigne lanes. Coaches are encourage to inform officials or the meet irector of any special nees for a swimmer uring warm-up or on meet entries. This information will help meet planners an officials prepare. Will be allowe subject to Meet Director approval (if empty lanes are available). All Deck entries must be accompanie by a cash payment of $7.00 per iniviual event an $18 per relay. A link to final results will be poste following the meet at FCYST.org. All clubs will be responsible for the conuct of their own swimmers. The Meet Director has the authority to isqualify swimmers foun misbehaving. Only coaches, swimmers, officials an host meet workers are allowe on eck.

3 Time Scheule: Warm-ups: Concessions: Facility: Friay: General Warm-up 5-6 PM. Meet starts at 6:05 PM. Note; a brief warm-up break will occur prior to the 800 free relay an the 1650 free. Length of break will be announce after the start of the meet. Saturay an Sunay: General Warm-up 7-8 AM. Meet starts at 8:15 AM. The afternoon warm-ups will start as soon as the morning session has been complete (but not before 11 AM), with the start of the afternoon session being 60 minutes after the start of the warm-ups. First 30 minutes Circle swim all lanes. Last 30 minutes Circle swim lanes 1,2,5&6 Dive/Sprints lanes 3&4 An outstaning menu of foo an rink will be available in The Junction locate across from the pool s upper balcony. Foo is not allowe in the pool area.
