6 Kennedy Room, Cultra Manor Cultra Manor One of the last mansions of the landed gentry to be built in Ireland, Cultra Manor is set in the very heart of the Ulster Folk & Transport Museum and commands spectacular views across Belfast Lough. Omagh Meeting House Omagh Meeting House provides the perfect backdrop for the more traditional wedding ceremony. First built in 1717 on its original site on Dublin Road, Omagh, this beautifully restored church is lit with oil lamps and candles for a truly unique atmosphere. Dating back to 1902, Cultra Manor retains much of its traditional architectural splendour with original period features and detailing. 14 Ship & Dockside Gallery The old and new worlds of the Folk Park are linked by the Ship and Dockside Gallery. This space is full of character and requires little dressing to make it complement your wedding theme. You will be dining against the backdrop of a full scale replica early emigrant sailing ship. Mountjoy Meeting House This venerable old structure was how Judge Thomas Mellon referred to the thatched building in which he worshipped as a young boy before emigrating with his family in Mountjoy Meeting House offers another enchanting option for a traditional wedding ceremony. It is also possible to have costumed visitor guides mingle with your guests during and after dinner, and perhaps do some storytelling before they board the ship to the American side for a relaxing post-dinner walk while the evening entertainment sets up.
