14 OUR STORES IN UAE The Dubai Mall Flagship Store (June 2013) The Dubai Mall is a world-known shopping and entertainment destination xxwith a record number of 75 million visitors a year. It s adjacent to the world s tallest building: Burj Khalifa, and located in a premium location underneath the world famous Aquarium. The Toy Store occupies a formidable 25,000 sq. ft. of space. The Toy Store at The Dubai Mall attracts no less than 50,000 visitors a month. Mall of the Emirates (February 2006) Mall of the Emirates, home to the one-of-a kind indoor ski slope & facilities, is one of the most prestigious malls in the Emirates. The Toy Store boasts 21,753 sq. ft. of space, spanning 2 floors. Diera City Center, Dubai, United Arab Emirates City Centre Deira opened on August 27, It is located in the older part of the city on cross road between Sharja, Bur Dubai and the Airport. Bahrain CC, Manama, Bahrain City Centre in Bahrain is located in the capital Manama offering the best shopping, leisure and entertainment experience in the city. The Toy Store in Bahrain City Centre is located on the 2nd floor occupying an area space of 2,928 sq.ft. Muscat Grand Mall, Oman Located in the heart of the city Muscat Grand Mall is Oman s newest shopping destination. It is the fastest growing lifestyle hub in the Sultanate offering choice and convenience for shoppers and residents, as part of a combined leisure experience. The Toy Store is our first store in Oman with an area space of 4,580 sq.ft.

19 Our Franchise Stores The Toy Store in Baku, Azerbaijan The Toy Store in Baku, Azerbaijan is our first Franchise Store, launched in the December of 2014 is a one of a kind shopping and entertainment destination in the city. The store is located in AF Mall in Baku occupying an area of 929 m 2.

20 UPCOMING STORES The Toy Store, Oxford Street, London The Toy Store in Oxford Street London will consist of 2 floors, occupying an area of 2,193 m2 located in the West One shopping center next to Bond Street tube station. Our Location in one of the most expensive and busiest locations on Oxford Street will bring back the fun into the retail market and we are very pleased to have secured Oxford Street to launch the brand in the UK. The Toy Store in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates The Upcoming Store in Fujairah Mall will be an addition to our 8 stores in the UAE with an Area of 468m 2.
