14 Reporting view Functionality in the CSA Tool to create a reporting view after assessment and building of exposure scenarios This reporting view on identified uses can be included in the CSR section 2.2 and IUCLID

15 Rules for the reporting view The report on identified uses is split into three blocks: industrial workers, non-industrial workers, consumers. A unique name/title of the identified use is to be reported per line. Only one process category (PROC) (for workers uses) or one consumer product category (PC) (for consumers uses) to be reported per line One or more environmental release categories (ERC) should describe each identified use (line) In addition One or multiple entry for market sector One or multiple entry for sector of end-use 15

17 Rules for the reporting view Exposure scenario numbers (one or more ES) to be reported at the end of each line. Multiple ES are allowed if all the entries (all descriptors) in the line are covered by the corresponding ES. Report service life under the corresponding use (if relevant), based on the article category (hierarchy). Make reference to the relevant ES in last cell of the row. A fourth block contains a list of the most important substance function. 17

18 Legal Background, requirements, conclusion Identified uses to be described in Section 2.2 of the CSR Section 3.5 of IUCLID Section 1.2 of the esds Report on identified uses in Section 2.2 of the CSR and section 3.5 of IUCLID should be exactly the same Requirement regarding esds to be satisfied by an overview table in section 1.2 of the esds listing the names of the IU and the corresponding ES reference (or visa versa) Not dangerous =>only use name is mandatory (although more detailed description of use is recommended) 18
