9 DFW Airport: Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program The Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program is improving the travel experience for customers.

10 DFW Airport: Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program Renovations began with Terminal A in 2011, while Terminals B and E renovations are following in a phased schedule. Terminal C renovations will follow the completion of Terminal A. Terminal B Scheduled completion in 2017 Terminal A Scheduled completion in 2016 Terminal D Terminal C Scheduled completion in 2020 Future Terminal F Terminal E Scheduled completion in

12 DFW Airport: Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program Challenges and Strategy Challenges Passengers and flights continue to increase each year Renovate 4 million SF while maintaining operations Move 600,000 passengers through the terminals each week (Equivalent to the population of the City of Fort Worth) Incorporate Program Parameters into the renovation through: Collaboration Key Stakeholders: Airport Departments, Airlines, Concessions, DART, TSA Logistics planning: Scheduling and Sequencing Phasing Each Terminal has different and unique challenges

13 DFW Airport: Terminal Renewal Improvement Program Upon completion of the project, DFW will remain one of the most costefficient airports in the country. DFW plans to retain A or better bond ratings through the TRIP. TRIP will increase revenues through improved concessions, advertising and parking options for customers. TRIP will create new efficiencies for the Airport and for airlines, lowering operating costs. 13

14 TRIP Recognition Over 12 Million man hours worked on the job site. Average 1,800 workers/day on-site TRIP has completed renovation to over 60% of the terminal spaces in Terminals A, B and E. Recently completed areas include the final phase of the Terminal A Parking Garage. New and reconfigured Roadways at Terminal E which greatly relieve traffic congestion. M/WBE Participation to date 45.6% Design 42.5% Construction DART Station 14
