1 To Our Valued Guests, From our humble beginnings in 1994, EVOS has been on a mission to provide America with healthier All-American favorites. Our optimism grows daily on the future of the Brand and the promise of Feel Great Food. We want to take this opportunity to thank you, our EVO-maniacs, for being a part of this journey and to share some exciting news. Starting on Monday October 1 st, we will start unveiling some delicious new menu items and ingredients. Our mission to constantly improve the quality of the food will be evident by the introductions of our wild Alaskan salmon burger, fresh Hass avocados, and new organic spinach and wheat tortillas amongst other items. There will also be improvements that you may not notice but your body will appreciate such as switching our current low fat mayonnaise to heart healthy reduced fat olive oil mayonnaise, or our new low-fat vegan meatless burger. You ll also now be able to purchase a naturally raised beef 1/4 lb. steakburger or choose from three new hormone/antibiotic/nitrate free hot dogs: Chili dog, Monterey dog and the Good Bad dog. Other new choices on the menu include a Strawberry Walnut Gorgonzola salad or a Bacon Chicken Caesar wrap. We are introducing all natural bacon that is hormone/antibiotic/nitrite free and our new EVOS organic buns made with a handful of natural ingredients and no preservatives.
