8 OTHER PR ACTIVITIES San Francisco Travel visit in Copenhagen, 6-7 November 2014 San Francisco Travel delegation is going to visit Copenhagen 6-7 November We are currently planning the program in cooperation with San Francisco Travel and the American Embassy in Denmark. Possible activities to include a dinner with the American Ambassador, Rufus Gifford, and SAS CEO Rickard Gustafsson, and a VIP event for media/trade at the American Embassy. 9 SALES IN MARKET SALES ACTIVITIES & TRADE SHOW Gislev New Headquarters Opening, Denmark, 3 May Karin participated in the opening of the Gislev Travel headquarters in Ringe, Denmark. The Danish travel trade and media were invited. California Wine, Norway, 15 May In a cooperation with the California Wine Institute, the U.S. Commercial Service and the American Chamber of Commerce in Norway we organized a California Wine tasting in Oslo. The event took place at the U.S. Ambassador s Residence. 8

11 California Event, Denmark, 22 May In a cooperation with AF KLM DELTA we organized a California event taking place at Hotel Babette Guldsmeden in Copenhagen, 22 May. 140 travel agents and media attended the event. 10

12 US Ambassador, Reception, 27 May Karin participated in this informal event at the U.S. Ambassador s Residence in Copenhagen, Denmark. Follow up with tour operators We have assisted Risskov Travel with brochures and maps. Independence Day, Copenhagen, 18 June Managing Director of Visit California in Scandinavia, Karin Gert Nielsen, will participate in the celebration of the 238 th Anniversary of the Independence Day at the U.S. Ambassador s Residence in Copenhagen, 18 June. San Francisco Travel will support the celebration and is co-sponsor of this event. 11

13 Independence Day, Oslo, 19 June Karin will participate in the Independence Day Celebration in Oslo, Norway, at the U.S. Ambassador s Residence. Gislev Rejser, Travel Show, Denmark, 20 June We will attend the show at the headquarters of Gislev Rejser. Consumers are invited. The California oriented wine company FiniVin, that has an excellent selection of California wines, will also participate at this show. USA TRAVEL SHOW, 2015 We have started preparations for next years USA Travel Show. Invitations have been sent out and eblast will be sent out to Visit California partners mid-june informing them about the show and signup fees. 12
