1 Department of Health Office of Vital Statistics and Registry (OVSR) CMR Certification Schedule The courses below are OVSR approved courses and are the only courses that you can attend in order to earn CMR Recertification. Any other courses would need prior written approval by the State authorizing credits. You can attend the same course multiple times, but you will only earn credit once per CMR cycle. You should contact the person noted for registration information. Please ensure that you register for all courses using the same exact name that is on file at OVSR. Also, it is imperative that you sign the course roster and include your 4-digit CMR number. This will be the only source of attendance verification. If you have any questions about receiving course credit, please contact Damon Koslow, Outreach Manager, by or phone Host Office of Vital Statistics Bloomsbury Bloomsbury NJ Environmental Damon Koslow 25 Dates Location Ongoing select staff only (select staff only) Lisa Burd Reindel February 4 Bloomsbury Lisa Burd Reindel February 4 Bloomsbury Mary Ann Orapello March 3 Atlantic City VIP Installation & Introduction VIP INSTALL 1.5 VIP Introduction VIP Dealing w/ Difficult People CUSTOMER DP Open Public s Act OPRA 1 1 Bill Edleston, Danielle Holland-Htut March 11 West Windsor Ethics ETHICS 1 Susan Jacobucci, Mid State s Nadine Carr March 12 Bridgewater Open Public s Act OPRA 1 Page 1 of 10
