Summary Continuous processes outperforms batch processes in terms of yield, purity and productivity All processes using Protein A can not relieve the cost pressure for increasing mab titers MCSGP with ion-exchange reaches purity and yield comparable to Protein A batch chromatography, and raises productivity MCSGP can affect the MAB Safety and Potency 49
