3 3 Introduction PTÁČEK velkoobchod, a.s. was founded in 1992 and is one of the largest wholesalers for heating, gas, water, utilities and bathrooms in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Headquartered in Modrice-Brno, the company offers its products and services to customers using an ever expanding retail network. This network, which takes in the entire Czech Republic, guarantees customers identical purchasing conditions and a full assortment of products at all its retail outlets.
