3 3 1. Welcome to micoach Thank you for your interest in micoach and congratulations on purchasing the micoach X_CELL. This user manual provides you with everything you need to use the micoach X_CELL. 1.1 micoach X_CELL Overview Here is an overview of what the device looks like from the front and back: The micoach X_CELL can be used in the following scenarios: the micoach mobile app on your Bluetooth Smart Ready device. 4 4 1.2 micoach X_CELL Compatibility The micoach X_CELL works with smartphones which are compatible with Bluetooth Smart Ready technology and the micoach multi-sport app or micoach mobile app. The micoach multi-sport app is the key to communicating with the micoach MT8:AA# Ndj XVc advy ndjg avizhi YViV! bvcv\z gzhjaih! You must download the micoach multi-sport app from the app store (relevant for your device) before getting started. 5 5 1.3 Wearing micoach X_CELL There are two ways of wearing the micoach X_CELL: Follow these steps to wear the micoach X_CELL correctly: 1. With the Textile Strap worn around your chest and the micoach X_CELL attached to the strap (measures heart rate). Textile Strap Usage 1. Clip the X_CELL onto the two snaps on the Textile Strap. Ensure the sensors on the back of the strap are moistened to pick up your heart rate. 2. Adjust the Textile Strap to fit tightly centred just below your pectoral muscles or breasts. The adidas logo should be facing up. With an X_CELL waist clip 1. Insert the X_CELL into the clip. 7 Check the serial number (SN) on your sensor to make sure you are pairing the right X_CELL. 13 13 3. The micoach X_CELL Battery The micoach X_CELL battery should last for over 5 months in active mode and of one hour per day usage at 20 C).
