13 Our hotel These menus are only a small sample of what our culinary professionals can offer, It will be our pleasure to propose and customize menus to suit your needs and expectations. Wedding ceremony We have an array of function space suited f ceremonies. Rental charges apply. Food and beverage policies No outside food and beverages may be consumed in hotel banquet rooms. A guarantee of the number of guests is due 72 hours in advance. Charges will then be based on this minimum guarantee actual attendance, whichever is greater. Should your group be under the minimum required f certain menus, we will be pleased to suggest alternative options. Quebec liqu laws require that all beverages be served by hotel bartenders/waiters. All guests must be 18 years and older to consume alcohol. We also reserve the rights to refuse serving alcoholic beverages to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.

14 SOCAN fee (Society of Composers, Auths and Music Publishers of Canada) & RE:SOUND (Music licensing company f artists and recd companies) Mandaty fees f SOCAN & RE:SOUND are charged by law to all events involving musical entertainment. Fees range from $20.56 to $ accding to the number of guests and whether there is dancing. These fees will be added to your master account. Parking Indo self-parking is available at a fee. Entrances are located on Peel and Cathedral Streets. Should you wish to offer parking to your guests, pre-paid coupons may be purchased with an advance notice of 48 hours. Coat check A coat check service is offered at a fee. Please contact us f me infmation Vends All hired vends by the client must abide to Hotel s rules and procedures. Please provide a list of all vends (names and contact infmation) along with approximate delivery and teardown times. Vends must use the Hotel loading dock access.
