4 The Market Carpet Cleaning and Hard Floor maintenance can be broadly broken down into two market sectors, Residential and Property Letting Agents. Residential The Residential market is strong and loyal. Often people only have their carpets professionally cleaned in an emergency or when they are moving out of or in to a property. However, the desire to have carpets cleaned is always high hence you see many chain DIY stores offering carpet machines for hire. Ask nearly anyone who has hired one and they will tell you that it was a great deal of effort and the results were very poor. They rarely do it again.
