1 Peace Scripture Verses In The New Testament (Matthew 10:13) If the home is deserving, let your peace rest on it; if it is not, let your peace return to you. Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, "Peace be with you!" (Acts 9:31) Then the church throughout Judea, Galilee and Samaria enjoyed a time of peace. It was strengthened; and encouraged by the Holy Spirit, it grew in numbers, living in the fear of the Lord. (Acts 10:36) You know the message God sent to the people of Israel, telling the good news of peace through Jesus Christ, who is Lord of all. (Acts 12:20) He had been quarreling with the people of Tyre and Sidon; they now joined together and sought an audience with him. Having secured the support of Blastus, a trusted personal servant of the king, they asked for peace, because they depended on the king's country for their food supply. (Acts 15:33) After spending some time there, they were sent off by the brothers with the blessing of peace to return to those who had sent them. (Acts 16:36) The jailer told Paul, "The magistrates have ordered that you and Silas be released. Now you can leave. Go in peace." (Acts 24:2) When Paul was called in, Tertullus presented his case before Felix: "We have enjoyed a long period of peace under you, and your foresight has brought about reforms in this nation. (Romans 1:7) To all in Rome who are loved by God and called to be saints: Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus (Romans 2:10) but glory, honor and peace for everyone who does good: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. (Romans 5:1) Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, Page 2 of 6

(Romans 15:13) May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. (Romans 15:33) The God of peace be with you all. Amen. (Romans 16:20) The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you. (1 Corinthians 1:3) Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus (1 Corinthians 7:15) But if the unbeliever leaves, let him do so. A believing man or woman is not bound in such circumstances; God has called us to live in peace. (1 Corinthians 14:33) For God is not a God of disorder but of peace. As in all the congregations of the saints, (1 Corinthians 16:11) No one, then, should refuse to accept him. Send him on his way in peace so that he may return to me. I am expecting him along with the brothers. (2 Corinthians 1:2) Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus (2 Corinthians 2:13) I still had no peace of mind, because I did not find my brother Titus there. So I said good-by to them and went on to Macedonia. (2 Corinthians 13:11) Finally, brothers, good-by. Aim for perfection, listen to my appeal, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you. (Galatians 1:3) Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, (Galatians 5:22-23) But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, {23} gentleness and self-control. (Ephesians 4:3) Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. (Ephesians 6:14-15) Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, {15} and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. (Ephesians 6:23) Peace to the brothers, and love with faith from God the Father and the Lord Jesus (Philippians 1:2) Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus (Philippians 4:7) And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:9) Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me--put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you. (Colossians 1:2) To the holy and faithful brothers in Christ at Colosse: Grace and peace to you from God our Father. (Colossians 1:20) and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross. (Colossians 3:15) Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.
