2 The Collection We are one step closer to rolling out our new uniform collection, and we couldn t be more excited to share photos of the entire collection. The uniforms on the following pages represent a true collaboration. We began with a companywide survey to find out what you like (and what you don t like) about your current uniforms. Then we moved onto the design process. Colleagues from each work group met to refine the designs, fabrics, and silhouettes. But we didn t stop there. To ensure the collection not only looked great, but functioned properly, we conducted extensive wear-testing and incorporated additional feedback from your s, comments, and phone calls. The result: Uniforms that are sophisticated and stylish yet comfortable and easy to care for and which will ensure a consistently polished, professional look throughout the company. FUNCTIONAL The suiting fabric for your new uniforms is a rich dark charcoal. Why dark charcoal? For starters, it s modern, timeless, and incredibly flattering. Aligned with our company colors, charcoal stands out in all work environments, from ticket counters to gates to premium lounges to aircraft aisles. And, of course, it excels at hiding stains. FASHIONABLE Fit and design details based on your direct and ongoing feedback include slimmer silhouettes, the addition of collars to shirts and dresses, longer jackets, braided trims, and pops of color. 1 2 And we re not done! The program will continue to evolve over time. In fact, we are currently working on new scarf designs, and an optional accessories collection to be offered during the uniform launch. We even have a few additional surprises up our sleeves (pun intended), so be on the lookout for future updates. 3 Slim vs. Classic Modern collection = modern fit. The new uniform collection recognizes individual preferences with the introduction of slim fit jackets, pants, and shirting options. Both the slim and classic fits are made of the same low maintenance, high performance fabric. 9 The Fit Tour Before placing an order, you ll have the chance to experience the collection in person when we visit select cities as part of our nationwide Fit Tour (see right for dates). During your 30-minute appointment, you ll try on an assortment of pieces to determine the sizes and fits that work best for you.
