We manufacture, print and supply personalised stationery and promotional products from binders and presentation files to tax disc holders and stickers. We even have a specialised range of products designed and produced in-house for the visually impaired. If you have an unusual request we may be able to help. In the past we have made products as diverse as horse passport wallets, fluorescent Velcro banners and pvc carpet swatch covers. Our minimum quantities are low and because we re manufacturers, we can beat many supplier prices. Our entire production facility is geared to suit you! 3 Polyprop Ring Binders & Lever Arch Files Polypropylene Polypropylene is extremely hard-wearing and is resistant to grease and water. It is a lightweight, durable plastic and is available in a wide variety of patterns, thicknesses, colours and tints. Clear, Frosted & Coloured Binders Sandpiper Plastics can custom-make binders in any colour, size (ranging from A6 to A3, as well as US quarto) and in landscape or portrait. We will screenprint whatever you like on your binder and you can choose from our range of sparkling and iridescent materials. Binder & Wallet Combined For a flexible stationery solution, choose a combined binder and wallet. This offers secure storage for both hole-punched and loose leaf documents ideal for variable contents. Binders with Flaps & Closures We can manufacture a variety of polyprop flap binders with a range of closures including; flip locks, press studs, hook and loop (Velcro) and many more.

4 PVC Ring Binders & Lever Arch Traditional PVC Binders Sandpiper Plastics offers traditional, quality welded pvc binders over 2.5mm board for added rigidity and durability. Our material range includes leather effect pvc, neon edged pvc, 3D patterned material and a range of standard colours. Encapsulated PVC Binders In an encapsulated binder the print is sealed under clear pvc which is welded to the folder. The print can be presented on the front, spine and back of your folder (or any combination). PVC Binders with Clear Pockets & Self Print Inserts PVC binders can be fitted with durable plastic pockets, business card holders and/or flap closures. This offers you the flexibility to insert your own print and change it as often as you like. PVC Binder with Slip Case Our pvc binders and slip cases are stylish and robust. They can be screen printed and are available in small or large quantities. PVC Easel Binders Our easel binders are designed for storing, organising and presenting your documents.

5 Paper Over Board Ring Binders & Lever Arch Binders Our paper over board binders are an affordable alternative to polyprop and pvc. We can screen print your binder in much the same way as polyprop and pvc and we can offer a wide range of colours and sizes. Slip Cases We can offer slip cases and pull-out binders with thumb loops. These can be litho printed to suit your requirements and can be supplied in laminated matt or gloss finish. Presentation Binders & Easels If you re looking for a presentation binder with a difference, choose our double spine presentation binder made with natural linen. Available in almost any size or colour. Paper over board easels also available. Document & Demonstration Cases Demonstration cases can be made with carry handles and binders to match. Cases are available in almost any size or colour and can be litho or screen printed to suit.

6 Polyprop Folders, Wallets & Files Clear Frosted & Coloured Wallets All our wallets are lightweight, strong and ideal for storing loose-leaf notes and assorted size documents. Document Cases We can custom-make almost any document case. Cases can be fitted with poppers, Velcro hook and loop or handles. We also manufacture polyprop boxes. Our boxes can be fitted with foam inserts and are suitable for a number of uses such as displaying samples and storing small or fragile items. Magazine Files (Box Style) Our box style magazine files are made from a high- grade polypropylene material. Choose to finish your product with stylish label holders. Magazine Files (Binder Style) Our magazine files are a convenient way to secure your documents without the need for hole- punching. The files are supplied with wires to hold your documents in place.

7 PVC Folders,Wallets & Files Presentation & Display Files The folders featured here have top-open pvc pockets. Additional pvc pockets can be added to the inside front and back. Business Card Holders Made from welded pvc over board, our business card wallets have inserts made from a transparent pvc material. Ideal as promotional gifts. Travel Wallets Travel wallets can be made from either pvc or polypropylene. Membership Card Wallets Sandpiper Plastics has produced membership wallets for a range of purposes including club membership cards, library cards, council tax and other payment cards. Credit Card Wallets & Inserts Our credit card wallets are made from high grade pvc. Transparent pvc inserts are welded to the spine. We also make pvc credit card inserts separately.

8 Clip Boards Clip boards are made from pvc over 2.5mm board and can be made as standard or with a foldover cover. A pen holder is incorporated at no extra cost. PVC Pockets Clear pvc pockets are available in almost any size and can be made with flaps, a header section for your company logo/image and screen printed with your choice of colours. Horse Passport Wallets Horse passport wallets are just one example of some of the unusual products we are able to make. Opaque PVC Wallets We can manufacture opaque pvc pockets for any purpose. Your wallets can be screen printed, foil blocked and made with clear pvc pockets of your choice.

9 Hearing & Visual Aid Products Notechecks & Signature & Envelope Guides Notechecks enable a person with a visual impairment to recognise the value of Sterling or Euro notes by aligning the edge of a note to the edge of the Notecheck. Our signature, envelope and cheque book guides are made from 800 micron polypropylene. They can be made in a range of coloured material and can be screen printed according to your requirements. Visual Aid Wallets Visual aid wallets include a signature guide and a Notecheck currency guide. Both are presented in a pvc wallet. Pageaides A4 and A5 Page Aides are made from 800 or 1200 micron polypropylene.the page is held in place using a plastic swivel clip, secured using a rivet to match the colour of the chosen material. Our page aides are smooth and allow the writer s hand to effortlessly glide over the frame. Magnetic Sight & Sound Signs & hooks We make a range of hospital patient signs in hook or magnetic variations for both hearing and visually impaired patients.

10 Motor Trade Products Shield Shape Tax Disc Holders We can produce a range of shield-shape self-adhesive or self-cling pvc tax disc holders with or without clear card pockets for fuel/ membership cards. We can offer up to 3 print positions and a range of coloured pvc is available. MOT Wallets (Opaque & Clear) Opaque MOT wallets are made from 350 micron coloured pvc with 140 micron clear pvc pockets.our clear MOT wallets are made from 190 micron clear pvc. We can produce these wallets with top or side openings and can screen print your company logo/image. Service & Car Pack Wallets Service and car pack wallets can be made as simple or as elaborate as you wish. The example shown is made from 350 micron opaque pvc over 2mm board. It has a gusseted pocket re-inforced with board and an additional pocket for smaller documents. It also has two 190 micron clear pvc card pockets. Printed Stickers Our stickers are available in any shape and size. We would be happy to quote on any unusual sizes and we can obtain a range of adhesive and self-cling materials.

11 Customising Your Product We offer a range of finishing options, print and print alternatives to customise your product. Our binders, files and wallets can be fitted with a variety of closures, handles, pen holders, pouches and integral hole punches. They can be screen printed, litho printed, foil blocked or blind embossed. This section provides a brief summary of these options. Velcro Hook & Loop Reliable and economic. Fixes flap pockets. Available for both pvc and polyprop. Press Studs & Poppers Available in a range of colours. Secures flap pockets, easy, accessible and stylish. Flip Locks Flip locks are integral to the design of polyprop folders, wallets and box files. This is the most economical way to ensure your documents are stored securely. Plastic Catches Available for polyprop cases, wallets and files in black, white, red and blue. Handles & Accessories A range of lightweight handles are available for use with polyprop and pvc products. Handles are available in black, white, red and blue.

12 Corner Protectors Protect your pvc file, binder or wallet using metal corner protectors available in nickel, gold and brass. Plastic Pen Holders Plastic mounted pen holders with self-adhesive backing are available as are integral plastic pen holders for pvc products. Metal Turn Locks Metal turn locks finished in nickel or brass plating for fastening flaps and magnetic inserts can be hidden inside your pvc file and binder flaps. Tabbed Divider Sets We can make and supply a range of tabbed dividers using various material including clear or opaque polyprop, pvc and card. Your tabbed dividers can be made to match your binder. Ring Mechanisms We would be happy to advise you on the best mechanism for your binder. Our ring mechanisms are sturdy and rivetted in-house. You can even choose your own rivet colour. Colours Available/Colour Matches A range of materials and material effects are available. We can also colour match your corporate colours (small minimum orders apply). 13 Screen Printing With our in-house print shop we are able to print exactly what you require on all of our custommade stationery products. Using top-grade machinery, we offer multiple colour screen-printing using market leading inks which stand the test of time. Litho & Digital Printing We have access to printers who have litho and digital print capability. These options can be cost effective for larger quantities and can offer excellent print quality for very fine and detailed work. Foil Blocking For a metallic finish choose to have your company image/logo foil blocked onto your product. We offer this service in a range of metallic colours. Blind Embossing For a quality finish that requires no printing or foil, choose to have your company logo embossed onto your chosen stationery product. Using heat to mould an imprint we can emboss both pvc and polyprop material. Foam Padding & Strengthening Our pvc binders, wallets and presentation folders can all be fitted with foam padding.this is a popular choice which offers a quality feel to your product. For additional strength, ask for strengthening material which will be inserted into the spine of your pvc binder. Ideal for heavy-duty filing.

14 Customer Information Samples We have some stock samples of our polypropylene and pvc products that can be sent to you on request. These may differ from your finished product, though are often useful for you to look at the materials used and the quality of our products. We can of course supply you with an exact sample of your product, though due to the set-up time involved in making this, there is a small cost. However, once we have received your order, this cost is usually deducted from your final bill (subject to a minimum order). Please note: We take a great deal of care to agree the design and finish of your product and safeguard you by only processing orders with detailed and confirmed instructions. Artwork Requirements To personalise your product we will require that you provide us with a copy of your company logo/image and fonts. Ask your printer for a copy of your artwork and send it to us either by , CD or hard copy. If you are unsure about your artwork, or if you would like something simple designed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

15 PVC & Polyprop Recycling All our pvc and polyprop waste is ground down and re-used to make new plastic products or added to virgin (new) material. Both plastics can be recycled without harm to the environment and meet all of the requirements of the EC commission. Customer Accounts & Payment New customers are always welcome, though for initial orders we may request payment prior to despatching your goods. For larger orders we may request payment for materials in advance. For account customers our standard payment terms are 30 days net and payment is by BACs or cheque. Delivery Everything is made and/or printed to order and delivery times are based around this. Your delivery time will be agreed with you and confirmed on receipt of your order. If you have an urgent requirement, please let us know and we will try our best to work our schedule around you. Delivery is normally next day from the date of despatch and is free for larger orders to one destination to the Midlands and Southern England.
