2 Information sur le projet Titre: Code Projet: «Les jeunes entrepreneurs en Europe" PT1-LEO Année: 2011 Type de Projet: Statut: Accroche marketing: Résumé: Projets de transfert d'innovation Accordé PT-Portugal A preencher In the end of 2010, Portugal assisted to a raise of the unemployment rate to the 11,1%, with almost 620 thousand unemployed people, whilst the Euro Zone had the same rate in the 10.1%. In Portugal we are witnessing an annual decrease of employed population by about 1.5%. But despite the increase of the geenal rate of unemployment, the unemployment among young people, aged between 15 and 24 years old, is situated in the 22,4%. OBJECTIVES. This project tries to help to technician, who work in the entrepreneurs consultancy sector, through supporting materials which aim to new entrepreneurs to entry into pre-existing firms (organization of the passing/transfer steps through the using of interactive computing instruments and an operative guide). Young people would be the beneficiaries to receive the training programme as well as the knowledge to assume the fact of being transferring a firm. The experience, developed within the Italian project Donna Cerca Impresa and carried out in regions of Lombardy and Arezzo, created the material which would be transferred and which would be adapted to young people. The transfer to the Galician and the Portuguese context, with the collaboration of three European countries, would let to give advice within the vocational training area to entrepreneurs. This information would be managed by specific technicians and it would be very useful to know about other European entrepreneurs actions, which are important to the fact of establishing new companies, the know-how transfer and the cultural dialogue. Description: Thèmes: The project Jovens Empreendedores na Europa JE_EU is funded by the European Commission under the program of Long Life Learning (LLP) referred to the sub-leonardo da Vinci (Transfer Innovation TOI) promoted by the Associação Empresarial da Região de Viseu AIRV (Viseu-Portugal) with the collaboration of Globaladamastor (Viseu-Portugal), Integra Consultoría (Coruña-Spain), Age.Mob (Arezzo-Italy) and Dirección Xera de Xuventude e Voluntariado (Galiza-Spain). The project is based on the pilot project conducted in the region Lombardy (Italy) promoted by Instituzione dei Distretti Industriali della Provincia di Arezzo sponsored by the Camera di Commercio di Arezzo. We intend to promote the continuity of local business activity related to handmade crafts or they could disappear, giving the necessary parts to transfer all those interested or interested in continuing with the company. It seeks to contact all People entrepreneur interested in transferring your business and at the same time with the people concerned in order to receive continuing the company under the direction of the new entrepreneurial individual. 14 Événements Public Presentation of the project to target-groups and other groups of interest Date Description The intention of this meeting to inform the project Young Entrepreneurs in Europe to target people (young entrepreneurs/ entrepreneurs that wish to transfer their companies) in first hand, but also to involve the local business community in the purposes of the TOI project. More specifically the project intents to: - Contact with entrepreneurs who have a business that wishes to transfer and youth who intend to take a company. Preference is given to the transfer of family businesses. - Dissemination of the project.
