Note: While this sheet outlines what we expect to be the provisions of the medical and other insurance plans to be offered by ULA, the plans are not yet in final form, so the actual details of the ULA plans may vary slightly from those described in this sheet. This chart reflects the benefits that are currently anticipated to be implemented for ULA employees. ULA will have the right to change its benefit plans at any time in the future, just as Lockheed Martin Corporation reserves the right to change its benefit plans at any time. This matrix is intended as a high-level summary comparison of LMC and proposed ULA benefits. For detailed information on LMC benefit plans, please consult the appropriate summary plan description.
