7 Welcome to ICF Leadership As a Chapter Leader, you are a leader at one of 119 Chapters worldwide that are the face and brand representative of ICF in 56 countries. ICF supports Chapters worldwide with our network of six Regional Service Centres. Our two newest RSC managers are currently onboarding in European and Asian regions.

10 RSC Communications The Regional Service Centres allow the ICF to more effectively serve a growing global community. They play a key customer service role, assisting in Chapter creation, regional activities, and servicing the day-to-day needs of the membership. They serve as a great resource for ICF Members and Chapter Leaders offering assistance in multiple languages. Your RSC manager is your first point of contact for the region
11 ICF Membership More than 23,100 members in 56 countries. Almost 12,000 active ICF Credential holders. All new and renewing members are bound by Membership Eligibility Requirements. All ICF Members agree to abide the ICF Code of Ethics
12 Member Eligibility Must satisfy one of these qualifications for membership have completed at least 60 hours of coach specific training currently enrolled in an ICF approved or accredited 60-hour coach training program hold a current ICF Credential. Members enrolled in ACTP or ACSTH programs must look to complete 60-hour training program by April 2015.
13 Chapter Leadership Coaching Program Opportunity for incoming Chapter Presidents to be matched with past Chapter Presidents for one-on-one coaching sessions over an eight month period to explore Chapter operation and leadership concerns. Please Matt Varney to learn more.

16 Download Membership List All Chapter Board members have access to download membership lists Membership lists updated in real time. Sortable information makes contact with the members easier. Opportunities for outreach in unaffiliated member regional lists monitoring.
17 Annual Chapter Reporting Chapter annual financial and activity report links for the 2013 fiscal year will be distributed 4 March 2014 Chapter specific links for each chapter will be communicated to chapter president Expectation for submission of these is 3 June 2014 Continued Chapter rebate dispersal is contingent on completion of requested reporting
18 Post Chapter Events on Calendar All Chapter leaders have access to add or edit events to the ICF Global Calendar. You can list up to one year s worth of Chapter presentations (including CCEUs, bridge line listing, etc.). Many Chapters are using this for revenue generation and community engagement.
19 International Coaching Week 2014 Dates are: May Projects range from one-day conferences to laser coaching in cafes, media appearances, pro-bono coaching engagements, etc. Elevates coaching awareness in community. Add your ICW Chapter event(s) to the map! You can post and review local events at

24 ICF Brand One Voice Chapters are brand ambassadors. Each Chapter has its own ICF logo with Chapter name, all Chapters are in brand alignment. ICF logo and Chapter names are for use on Chapter website header, newsletters, marketing materials, Boards of Directors signatures, etc.
25 Marketing of ICF Chapter ICF Store contains a wealth of materials ( Items are available for purchase by ICF members and leaders. ICF Chapter Toolkit (at contains many resources for leaders. ICF Headquarters YouTube channel holds many useful videos (at Social Media outlets are also quickly emerging as one of the best communication strategies.
26 Twitter Ambassador Program ICF generates a series of tweets about the ICF and the coaching profession each week. Chapters can easily use these tweets throughout the week on their own Twitter feeds. Either copy and paste the text or use it as a starting point for your own tweets.
