ADMIN BACK-END With the use of our Admin Backend you can: interconnect with your suppliers you can upload their rate offers you define and maintain code standards and you can set routing define your end-user sales rates as hand set rates or in applying a predefined profit profile. you have advanced customer maintenance portal where you can check call or SMS logs, see call stats, credit history. Here you can also disable or enable a customer. You can set here also billing settings like connection fees or billing time. Furthermore you have a basic reseller module available where the system assigns certain customer to reseller when they use their unique reseller code. You can of course use our solution also in combination with your wholesale platform if you have one and interconnect simply to it in that combination you would treat just like any other customer. 3 USER FRONT-END The User Frontend is actually your product web page where you market the service. It is one of the ways to stay in contact and to communicate with your customers. At the same time this portal is used to provide your customer with information to his personal use of this service. After login in, your customer can check the credit/payment history, call history and your customer can top-up his account or buy supporting services like DIDs. Of course he can access here also settings which are not provided in the app. Please check out to get an idea what can be done. Of course you can use not only for VoIP phone calls, but it allows also to make calls using the callthrough technology. That means you can also execute calls if you do not have any internet connectivity.

4 Dringgg the App itself: The dialers have a modern software structure and you can move from VoIP calls to the other services (call through and SMS) by simply swiping the screen to the left. Besides Calling we provide also SMS, DID and Fax Service. Also unlike with other dialers does not face the problem of call interruption if another call comes in. will simply show you a POP-UP asking you if you want to take the new call and put the current call on hold or if you want to reject the incoming call. Once you have assigned one or multiple DIDs you will be reachable on any of these numbers. DID inbound calls will work also when Dringgg is in the back! Have in mind that many countries offer national flat packages allowing you to call national numbers free of charge. That means if you or one of your loved ones lives overseas and you purchase a DID from your home country your folk can call you free of costs. But here it does not end. Dringgg allows you to manage your CLIs! Just go in setting and you can decide if your next call shall carry your original telephone number or one of your purchased DID numbers. Meanwhile most of the people are aware of the new cost structure in Europe when calls are billed based on the call origination. But if you call with an European DID, your calls are still billed under the old rates! And as the rate difference in Europe are incredible high that can save tons of money. Of course the app is programmed so that it adopt automatically to any screen size and the app can be used on mobiles and tablets alike.

5 Voice quality of VoIP dialers depend always on the available internet strength and bandwidth. Dringgg provides the user the possibility to adjust the codecs used to the specific internet environment. In the App you will find settings for WiFi and GSM Data that are two parallel tables which are preset by us for the use of a more compressed codec for GSM data use as for WiFI usage, but that can be changed at any time simply moving up or down a codec with the tip of your fingers.
