4 Ferihegy Control Zone and VFR reference points VFR minimums - at least 5000 meter visibility - at least 1000 feet cieling SVFR clearance may given in 1500 (for helicopters 750) meter visibility (if a/c stays in controlled airspace). Night VFR minimums are the same. Traffic circuit Upper limit of Control Zone is 2000 feet. Handling LHBP VFR arrival Arrival aircrafts may only use PAKON and SOROK for landing. Bafore the CTR give a squawk and QNH info, than allow the approach vie MIKE or ALPHA NDB to rwys. These are called VFR transitions (ex: PAKON3L/3R). If the a/c is not allowed to land, he has to hold over the designated area. Debrecen airspace - Departure leg - Crosswind leg - Downwind leg - Base leg - Final VFR traffic circuit for rwy 31L is left-handed, for 13R right-handed; altitude is 1500 feet (1000ft AGL). There isn t radar service in Debrecen!
