For entrepreneurship & regional development overcome local/ regional thought-boundaries; build up international and European cooperation; develop human resources and new ideas; innovate local activities in entrepreneurship & regional development. enable a challenging and interesting work in the field of the partners interest and activities and thus to become more competitive; combine resources and different strengths of partners and become stronger as a network. implement larger activities which a single partner would not be able to implement.

Component 4: Trying out new ways to learn or train entrepreneurial competences. Action learning & reflection groups in BEPART produce practical approaches, e.g. for ToT - training of trainers for an improved entrepreneurship promotion.
