2 Dear Members, SPCC has prepared a number of interesting activities for We hope you will find an event that your company would like to be involved in and create it together with SPCC. The events are the core of the SPCC activity highly appreciated by the members. Therefore, to continue maintaining the highest quality of the meetings that includes presence of key note speakers, up to date topics and interesting venues we would muchappreciate your co operationoperation and are looking for member companies which are interested in becoming a sponsor/partner of the meetings mentioned below. Sponsorship packages for each event are different, therefore, if you are interested in sponsoring a particular event please contact us for more details. 3 Forms of co operation with the SPCC while organizing the event Sponsorship p event sponsors receive high profile opportunities on the day of the event, but title sponsors are involved often from the very beginning of the marketing campaign. Sponsors are equally with SPCC hosts of the event. SPCC works with the sponsors to ensure priority placement during the event. Depending on the type of the sponsored event the package covers marketing and advertising on the SPCC website, taking part in a panel discussion, promotion of company brand, information about cooperation in electronic newsletter sent to almost contact people from SPCC member companies, additional invitations etc. Content partnership member company is involved in creation of the event or project by: providing a high quality speaker for a meeting with SPCC members; organizing a workshop/seminar on current issues with interesting case studies that could be later published on SPCC website; becoming a partner of SPCC publications providing relevant data and supporting the analysis ; In kind sponsorship product support during selected events such as SPCC Family Picnic, Business Mixers, Photo competition, National Section events Raffle Donation offering high quality products as for prizes during business card lotteries on SPCC Business g g q yp p g Mixers

4 Rules of co operating with the SPCC while organizing gthe event SPCC Member declares willingness to organize a meeting at minimum one month before planning date of the event, and two months before in case there will be printed invitations. sends suggested topics together with a draft of the agenda of the meeting and information about speakers as soon as the date is set prepares seminar/conference materials for participants places the SPCC logo in the presentation and materials for participants p sends ready presentation for a week before the event and sent to the SPCC covers costs of the event (catering, venue, technical equipment) SPCC places an information in the SPCC events calendar prepares invitations sends invitations to the SPCC members (mailing /post) sends reminder via e mail informs about the event in the SPCC Newsletter arranges venue (incl. price negotiation, room booking, catering, equipment) confirms participation, creates list of participants writes short coverage about the event on the SPCC website Events held section We are open to suggestions and happy to suit the offer to your needs. 7 2 nd September SPCC Family Sports Picnic Family Sports Picnic is a very appreciated social event organized for SPCC members and their families every year. The number of participants during the event varies from people. Attendance at the picnic gives an opportunity to spend a day full of attractions for both adults and children. 8 th /15 th September Crayfish Party FTG and SBC Sections Events, a great opportunity to taste crayfish and spend Saturday evening in a cheerful atmosphere, singing and dancing. 13 th September Welcome back from holiday Business Mixer Regional meeting with members, opening new business season 18 th September International Oktoberfest The event combines the best tradition of prevailing reunions, culture and various specialties of international cuisine represented by countries of particular Chambers. The meeting is attended by the ambassadors, general consuls, representatives of local authorities, and over 700 company representatives, members and supporters of all chambers, diplomatic corps and media. 20 th September Welcome Back to Work Business Mixer The first business event after holiday season. During the event the winners of the photo competition 2012 will be announced. The winning photos in 2012 will be used in the production of the calendar. 8 9 th November Nobel Dinner Celebration of the annual Stockholm award of the Nobel prizes, organized by Swedish Business Club, a Sit Down Dinner with carefully chosen menu. 2 nd December Julefrokost/ Danish Christmas Brunch Julefrokost is a traditional Danish Family Christmas Brunch organized by the Danish Section of SPCC. It s a perfect opportunity to spend a Sunday afternoon in a family atmosphere, where everybody can try traditional Danish Christmas meals and children canmeet the real SantaClaus., InterContinental Hotel 5 th December SPCC Christmas Evening Regional Christmas Meeting for SPCC members Wrocław 6 th December SPCC Christmas Evening Regional Christmas Meeting for SPCC members Kraków, Radisson Hotel 6 th December Finnish Independence Day Celebration of the Finland s Independence Day organzied by the Finnish Section of SPCC for its members and friends of Finland 6 th December Annual Investors Banquet Investors` Christmas Banquet organized by Investors` Assistance Center and SPCC in Szczecin. The evening reception gathers over 100 guests, investors and business partners of SPCC and the Marshal s Office. 7 th December SPCC Christmas Evening The annual SPCC Christmas Reception with Scandinavian carols singing. 8 th December NBF Julebord The main event organized by the Norwegian Section of SPCC on the Christmas Season; a sit down dinner and a late night buffet with great music to dance, provided by a well known Disc Jockey. Szczecin 11 th December Christmas Evening Regional Christmas Meeting for SPCC members Poznań 12 th December Christmas Evening Regional Christmas Meeting for SPCC members Trójmiasto 13 th December St. Lucia Celebration This very popular event among Swedish society in Poland is organized by the Swedish Section of SPCC & the Embassy of Sweden. The evening is an occasion to get the business professionals familiar with this unique tradition. Every year 500 guests attaend the event including politicians, diplomats and top managers of Scandinavian and Polish companies.

9 Summary of the SPCC activities in 2011 In 2011 SPCC organized over 60 events in Warsaw and other cities. Our range of meetings included: business mixers, thematic seminars, company visits, VIP meetings with politicians, CEO meetings with business people, social and family events and the National Sections events. Over 3500 participants attended our events. The coverages of almost all events held last year can be found in the Events held section on the SPCC website. Thanks to fruitfull cooperation with our members and their support SPCC could achieve so much. We appreciated that cooperation very much. SPCC was also engaged in several significant projects: Northern Living Festival and Scandinavian Design Business Mixerinin cooperation with SPCC Members SPCC Photo Competition Nordic Cities The Voice of Scandinavia publication with the Warsaw Voice; The 13th Baltic Development Forum (BDF) Summit in Gdańsk attended by decision makers from business, politics, international organizations and the academic world, SPCC involvement in co operation with SPCC Members.
