2 Logging into Homemobil.dk Enter your username or phone number in the Brugernavn field. o You can find this information in the welcome you received from TDC. If you need assistance, you can contact TDC customer service. Enter your password in the Password field Click Log Ind If you have forgotten your password, click Glemt log ind Click Log Ud to log out If logging in for the first time, you may be greeted by a window asking if you want to receive HomeMobil newsletters. You can click Nej Tak to unsubscribe. TIP: If you use Google Chrome to visit HomeMobil.dk it will offer to translate the site to English

3 Homemobil.dk Homepage Info Forside will take you back to the log in page, but will not log you out Min side is the page pictured above. From this page you can: o Stamdata: see your user info change your password, , newsletter subscription o Abonnement : view the subscription details and your SIM card number, PIN code, and PUK code o Services: change the services you are registered for we recommend that you do not change anything in this menu. If for some reason your data roaming is not working, make sure that there is an X instead of a checkmark next to Roaming data spærring You can set your account to automatically top up by activating Automatisk optankninger o Forbrug: check your talk, text, and data usage o Priser: see the prices for extra services such as roaming o Mine optankninger: view the receipts for your top ups o Regningsoversigt: see the total cost of the subscription

4 Topping Up Your Account You will need to top up your Homemobil.dk account if you go over your data allotment or if you call or text a non-danish number. It is highly recommend that you top up your account a bit if you think you might need to use extra services. Maintaining a negative balance will lead to a suspension of your service. Once you top up your phone, it will be reactivated within 30 minutes. Topping up your account will automatically reinstate service. Click Tank op at the top of the page Write in the amount of Danish kroner you want to add to your account Choose Mastercard (udenlandsk) for a non-danish Mastercard o Note that at the moment, Mastercard is the only non-danish credit or debit card accepted at HomeMobil.dk. If you do not have a Mastercard, we recommend asking a friend who has one to assist you. Click Næste Enter your credit card number in Kort nr line Choose your expiration date next to Udløbsdato Enter your CVC/security code from the back of your card in the Kontrolcifre line Click Betal. Your payment has been processed when you see the message Betalingen er gennemført If your service was suspended, it will be reactivated within 30 minutes.

5 Phone Settings SIM PIN Danish SIM cards come with a pin code activated by default. This is an extra security measure to make sure your cell phone service cannot be used if your phone is lost or stolen. Your phone will require you to enter your SIM PIN every time it is restarted. Your SIM PIN is listed in the letter you received with your SIM card from TDC. You can also find it on the Abonnement page under Min Side on homemobil.dk. Note that you will only need the PUK code if you have entered your PIN incorrectly three times. You can turn off or change your SIM PIN in your phone s settings menu. On an iphone, you can find this setting at the bottom of the Phone Settings page in the Settings app.

6 Phone Settings Data Roaming Your TDC plan includes a limited amount of data every month for use in the EU, outside of Denmark. You may have to turn on Data Roaming on your phone to use your data outside of Denmark. On an iphone, open the Settings app. Click Cellular, Cellular Data Options, and make sure Data Roaming is on. You should also make sure that EU Internet is off. In order to make your international data last the entire month we recommend connecting to wifi whenever possible. Refrain from streaming music or video over your data connection; wait to Instagram until you are back on wifi, go into Snapchat settings and turn on Travel Mode. Get in the habit of disabling data usage for certain apps (Apple Music, Google Photos, Spotify, etc) when you leave Denmark. If you change your phone settings a bit and mostly use your data outside of Denmark for Google Maps and texting, you should not go over your monthly allotment. Additionally, you can toggle Data Roaming on and off as needed without affecting phone calls or text messages. Note that imessage and Whatsapp both require data or wifi.

7 Informational Messages from TDC When your phone connects to a cell phone network outside of Denmark, you will receive the following text message from TDC: Hej NAME. Velkommen til COUNTRY. Tale og SMS/MMS i EU er inkluderet i dit abonnement. Dine unikke priser: Opkaldsafgift: 0,00 kr. Opkald til DK og EU: 0,00 kr./minut SMS: 0,00 kr./stk. MMS: 0,00 kr./stk. Modtaget kald: 0,10 kr./minut Nødopkald er gratis. Bruger du data, vil du modtage SMS med prisinfo. Øvrige priser oplyses gratis på Vh. HomeMobil.
