2 CORPorate meetings and events FUNCTION ROOMS There are three main functi spaces, The Malthouse, The Barn and The Oak Room which are light and spacious and fully restored with modern furnishings and facilities. Each area is self-ctained with a recepti with refreshment areas, delegate rooms and loos. The Malthouse also offers the perfect area for drinks receptis with a patio terrace overlooking the River Windrush. Both the Old Swan and Minster Mill can be reserved for exclusive use either individually or as a whole. Food & Wine We believe in using fresh, locally sourced produce served in a modern gastro-pub style. Working buffet-style lunches can be comfortably served within the break-out area of each functi space. Alternatively, take a break and enjoy lunch in the relaxed envirment of the Old Swan, our ancient coaching inn. The dining rooms offer semi-private or private dining facilities and in the summer the outdoor terrace is the perfect place to relax and dine in the award winning gardens. Accommodati Accommodati is split between the luxurious, traditial Old Swan and the more ctemporary Minster Mill. The Old Swan s 16 guestrooms have fine fabrics, top-quality linens and beamed ceilings and all rooms boast flat screen televisis and Wi-Fi access. The 44 rooms of the Minster Mill have a ctemporary country style, an eco-friendly cscience, luxurious modern en-suite bathrooms and views over the gardens and river.
