NOTES (Natural Orifice Transluminal Surgery) and RPS (Reduced Post Surgery): initially I performed transgastric cholecistectomy, cholecistectomy by SILS, transoral anti-gastroesophagic reflux, transvaginal sygmoidectomy and transvaginal sleeve gastrectomy. At present, main focus is on transanal rectal surgery using this approach to perform total mesorrectal excision in rectal cancer. Bariatric Surgery and development of surgery for Type 2 diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome, being part of the international working groups of new 3 September 2012
