It also includes a full database of internal staff available for any of those typical managerial activities such as analysis of salaries, statistics and other similar tasks. ACG Personale (5733-B48) allows the management of employment contracts with respect to both private and public companies, for any level of employment (managerial staff, employees, workers, apprentices, and so forth). Multicompany and multicontract management is also allowed. In addition to the calculation of salaries, the application is enabled for the processing of a wide range of analytical reports and allows data output customized to the individual groups of employees or companies. The application is user-friendly and easily customizable to accommodate any contractual or legislative modifications that may be introduced. ACG Gestione Fiscale Modello 770 (5733-B49) integrates ACG Personale (5733-B48) and ACG Ritenuta d'acconto (5733-B12), from which it pulls all the required information for the compilation of the yearly declaration that any Italian company must produce as a tax substitute. ACG Gestione Fiscale Modello 770 (5733-B49) is a user-friendly and effective tool, built on the IBM iseries platform, that allows all departments involved (accounting, payroll, and so forth) to manage data simultaneously. Monthly data processing Monthly data processing with list of anomalies Management and printout of monthly pay-packets Generation of end-user customized documents such as lists or prospects, which allow data migration to other applications and data recording on external supports Management and printout of data concerning monthly fiscal fulfillments Connection with general and/or analytical accounting and preparation of the general ledger journal On-line and off-line recovery/restoration of monthly data with user functions Management of confidential data 4.
